Comments:  Just had to tell everyone who has any worries about this hotel/complex not to worry its brilliant! You’ll love it! Went in March and was back there in June 06 and it was even better. The hotel has so many facilities and lots going on you don’t need to move from it! Rooms are quite basic but they are cleaned every day with new towels.

There’s lots of choice food wise, there’s the oasis restaurant which is the main one that caters for everyone also a Chinese, pizza, Moroccan and a couple more. This hotel suits everyone from singles, couples and families. The staff are really friendly and really make your stay enjoyable.

The entertainment team are great (especially my Amine who I miss so, so much!) always make you feel welcome and the shows that they do are worth seeing as they put so much effort into them! Going back in October yet again, can’t stay away! I’m so jealous of anyone going out there now wish it was me!

Comments:  Well Guys the review after my second time there, and yes still amazing.

I initially went for one week but before flying home found that my passport had gone missing, not sure if lost or stolen. I therefore stayed another week.

Everybody including the hotel staff, med hotel rep said and airport staff went out of their way to help me. I have never experienced as much help as they all offered. You certainly wouldn't get it in this country. I had people giving me dirham’s at the airport to call my family back home and to be honest they don't earn very much.

Said the Med hotels rep was fantastic going out of his way to help me with alternative flights and accommodation etc.

I miss the place so much and have even thought about moving there. Don't think I could live of the money though.

I miss the friends that I have made out there so much especially Amine my Vitamin. That’s another story though and will hopefully soon be sorted.

I can honestly say that if things did go wrong while you were out there that you will get all the help needed to resolve everything.

The weather was great and I didn't burn this time. Woo Hoo.
The entertainment still great and so cheesy but well funny.

The only thing that did disappoint me was the food. But hey ho everything else fantastic.

I've finally got to grips with the mid day sun dance, after making a really fool of myself in may having 2 left feet.

I’m now saving like a mad woman possessed to go out there again ASAP.

For all of you that haven't yet been I am so jealous but I’m sure you'll have a lovely time.

Comments:  This is the second time I have been to this resort and already I have booked to go back in December 2006. I love the place, it’s like my second home. I was made welcome from the time I arrived to the time I left. I have made a lot of very special friends with the staff, especially Mimo, Amin, Mohammad and Sophiene from the animation team.

The food was very good as usual and there is so much to do that I did not leave the resort all week, the night club is great and there is always someone to dance with.

All of the staff work very hard to ensure that all visitors enjoy there holiday as much as they can.

The rooms are basic but then I was only in my room to sleep.

Comments:  We arrived back yesterday from two weeks at this hotel and I felt that I just had to write to say what a fantastic time we had.

We traveled with our three children 9, 7 and 4 and the only down side for the older two was that the kids club itself didn’t really have much going for them. That being said the kids club and entertainment staff were always coming up to take them playing golf, football or volley ball whether they were at the kids club or not.

My oldest son had his birthday while we were there and the hotel treated him to a fabulous dinner with his friends than even included a cake with his name on, he had a brilliant birthday and the staff at the hotel could not have done more for us.

Having had all inclusive holidays before I have been a little disappointed in the past by the Brits who seem to want to eat and drink constantly and then make life miserable for everyone else with their drunken moaning. There was none of this at the Agador all the people we met were lovely and although the bar is open from 10.30am everyone was responsible and considerate.

I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back again.

Comments:  Very much a family hotel lots of children. Good entertainment for families and children are kept occupied. Kids club and kids entertainment every day.

Staff very friendly, and pleasant.

The rooms were okay and very clean the all inclusive was well worth the money in food...

Outside complex many shops, you do get a bit of hassle but a firm no thanks, no eye contact and a determined step works a treat.

If you have got children under 12 go you will enjoy it well the kids will. If not give it a miss.

Whether very nice & hot considering May.

Comments:  Well what can I say!!!! In one word amazing........ Went in May 06 and 4 days after being back booked to go again for June, JUNE this year that is!!!!

Place amazing, people amazing and food amazing.

For the young gals out there the men are delicious and for all you men the women are beautiful as well.

The entertainment staff are fantastic and a real laugh. They are always on the go and give everything a 110% although they work 90 hours a week for very little money.

Saied the lead in the animation team is so funny and charming you could take him home with you.

There is always plenty to do and shows on every night with brilliant dancing, in fact rumour has it that Saied used to dance for Morocco.

In regards to the hotel being slatted below, all I have to say is you should of removed your head from your colon and you may have had a good time.

When back from Morocco in June I intend to go in October to, in fact if I didn't have my cats I’d consider moving out there the place is fantastic and never seems to sleep.

I can't wait to go back!

Comments:  This was the best holiday ever. I didn't want to come home.

There was plenty to do for all ages. For the little ones, there was the kid's clubs, teenagers there were tennis, crazy golf, badminton, swimming and for adults there was the bar!

At night, the animation team kept us entertained. On the second night we were there, they did the musical show Grease in there own 'amphitheatre'. On the third night they did 'The Lion King'.

I would recommend it to any body. I will be definitely going there again.

Comments:  I promised to myself that I'd write a non-biased report before I went so here it is.

This resort is amazing, I had the best Holiday ever and planning to go back already. I went with my mum and we had a great time, the food is excellent and neither of us suffered with food poisoning, just alcohol :) The rooms are basic and they would benefit with coffee making facilities but it did the job, we didn’t come on holiday to stay in our bedrooms.

The bar staff were wonderful especially Jamal best cocktails around. The animation team are a great laugh and I got to know them well and now keep in touch with a couple very energetic and helpful even though they work 84 hour weeks!!

Would recommend this Hotel to anyone who likes a good time and comes for the culture and memories, I have loads now.

If you like five star English hotels in different countries this place is not for you!

Comments:  Best holiday ever! Booked to go back in June this year already! From the minute you arrive, you are made very welcome.

The rooms are basic but are so clean you can’t fault them. Didn’t see much of the resort area as the hotel has so much going on you don’t want to leave it! Food is great and has a wide variety to choose from. The entertainment team are excellent and do not stop working from morning to night! The shows that they do at night are great and during the day there’s lots of activities to do too. (if you want to relax then they don’t keep hassling you!)

The pools were really clean, bit cold but then it was March! Been to a lot of places but this hotel by far has been the best! My daughter of 7 cried when we left and doesn’t stop talking about it! Can’t wait to go back in June x

Comments:  This was my 2nd visit to the Occidental Caribbean Village & I loved it more the 2nd time than the 1st! So much so I'm going back at the end of June!

The staff all make you feel so welcome - they all remembered me from the time before even though I wasn't with the same people. They make you feel like part of the family!

The entertainment team are fab ... they work so hard & for so many hours & still have you rolling about laughing!

I have made some great friends with those guys, Soufiane, Karim, Ish, Zambla ... I could go on!

The food is good, a wide variety - trying to please every culture. Wasn't impressed with the Chinese but the Mediterranean & Italian are lovely.

The bar staff & restaurant staff are fantastic & by the 2nd or 3rd day you don't need to ask for drink they'll just bring you your "usual".

The cleaners are great & come in every day & change towels every day if you want them to.
The entertainment keeps you involved if you want & apparently if you don't want to join in you don't have to ... I never got given a choice he he.

In our group of travelers the age group varied from 15 - 45 - me being somewhere in the middle & we all loved it!

I better shut up now I could go on forever!

Comments:  This is the best holiday we have had for many years and certainly the best value. There were four of us and we all agreed on this as did ALL the other holidaymakers who had also traveled from Manchester on the same coach as us. In fact on waiting for our coach to go to the airport on our way home, we were absolutely amazed to hear that some people had submitted bad reviews about this hotel as were the people who told us!

We initially all said that we would post good reviews on the internet on our return home but then agreed that it might be better to keep this gem of a place a secret otherwise everyone would want to go!!

However, on reading the reviews I have read today - some of which are excellent - and others which are abysmal - I'm afraid I had to say my piece!

The food was excellent - there was a huge variety in the buffet restaurant. Admittedly the other restaurants just had set menus which were fairly limited - the Italian was to our taste, the Chinese was ok and we didn't bother with the other two - but at all the restaurants the staff were absolutely charming and extremely helpful. They were very also very friendly as indeed were almost all of the Moroccan people we met and they seemed genuinely friendly and not just after our money!

The weather was delightful too - in fact we were checking prices for next February's half term within hours of arriving back home!

To anyone who is going to this hotel in the near future, I am so envious and wish I could come too!

Comments:  This was one of the best holidays we have been to (me and my 2 children 15 and 12). It was the first time we had gone all inclusive and it was such a weight that was lifted off our hands. There was no need for the children to carry money around with them.

The food was an excellent variety and on Fridays was a traditional Moroccan night (which was the worst night for food and the oils upset all of our stomachs- but what can you expect in a foreign country that you had never been to before) the waiter was lovely and everyone in the resort welcomed us to Morocco.

In the brochures the pictures of the accommodation made it look clean and fresh where as when we arrived it was a little dirty but that could have been from the ware of the marble.

The different shops that were in the accommodation were a good variety and fascination to look at.

I would definitely recommend this resort to families and tourists. A definite thumbs up!!!

Comments:  Me, my husband and 2 daughters have just returned for the third time from this hotel and once again have left with a feeling of leaving behind old friends, new friends and genuinely a great holiday. Within two days of being home I have booked my next holiday there!

Having travelled several countries this hotel is the one I intend to keep returning to yearly.
The animation team go out of their way to welcome me and my family and also provide a packed agenda everyday of several sports activities, keep fit regimes, kids entertainment and nightly shows.

The food is excellent with a varied choice and the waiters and chefs ensure that meal times are an enjoyable experience.

Bar staff excellent.

The rooms we have occupied have always been kept clean and fresh towels and toiletries daily.

The security provided day and night in and out of the hotel grounds ensures that we can have peace of mind, especially when it comes to my wandering 5 year old.

We have met a lot of special people (staff) on all our visits, the one person that amazes us every time is the pool man, Mohammed. Having several years under his belt this man is as fit as a fiddle and a man who, despite always on the go seeing to the needs of us sun worshippers, always has a smile and time to speak.

Moroccan people love children and it goes without saying happy kids make happy parents.

We have paid far more for package holidays elsewhere and been disappointed this is one place where you can get a great deal and come home feeling you have had value for money.

Comments:  This is the third time we have been to this complex, and this is the first time we have been disappointed.

The staff are very friendly and the hotel itself is clean, well organised and quite picturesque although not recommended for wheelchair users

Previously the entertainment had been fantastic but no longer - it was poor.

The food was also much worse. Both my wife and I were ill.

As soon as you check out you are allowed one meal and one drink until catching your bus to the airport, previously this had been unlimited

If you have been before - it is not as good ! If you haven't been I can no longer recommend it.

Comments:  I went to the Occidental Caribbean Village Hotel with a party of 10. Unfortunately 7 of us were poorly. We used to wake up every morning wondering which one would be in their apartment all day being ill. The staff I must say were very friendly but I am sure it is the hygiene where the problem lies.

I was horrified as I vacated the Hotel to see a lady arriving with twins of approximately 18 months. I thought that is too dangerous here. I am sure that if the we had that type of problem in England the hotel would be closed. We felt that the First Choice staff were very unsympathetic with our problem and said "the bug was brought from England". Rubbish it was food poisoning or bad hygiene. If they sorted this problem it would be a good holiday destination.
