We travelled with Sunshine Holidays. From the moment we arrived at hotel the holiday began. We were greeted by very polite and friendly staff. We were looked after by the staff. All were so friendly and helpful. We took part in daily activities. All a good laugh. The evening entertainment was enjoyable and fun. The choice of food was fantastic, so much to choose from. Overall the staff and entertainment team were billiant. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and sheets. Best holiday we have had. Shall be returning in September. Cannot wait to get back.

Excellent hotel, staff genuinely friendly, food excellent and varied, Tunisian night with authentic meals.
Pool great, entertainment superb very few English, different nationalities for our kids to observe and make friends with.
Excellent location across road from the beach lovely long promenade. Couldn't fault any thing at all.

This hotel was sold by Sunshine holidays as a 5 star hotel. Having stayed in another Tunisian 5 star hotel with Iberostar, i can assure you this is not five star.
In our hotel room, there had clearly been a sewage spillage, the carpets were filthy and the showers did not work properly. The smell was awful.The rep was helpful and supported our request to move rooms.
The quality of the food was poor, in both the ala carte restaurant and the main dining room. We had to eat out. The service was very poor eg. queuing for drinks, some miserable staff.
Tunis Airlines are normally late and very poor food.
Never resorted to complaining to a holiday company before on a return from holiday, and not the complaining type, but we did on this occasion. Despite a signed complaint form from the holiday rep, we received a letter that was nothing else other than a fob off.
I have recommended that this is not sold as a 5 star hotel, to both Last Minute.com and Sunshine holidays.
Please don't risk it, especially if you have a family.
