El ze Hotel

some people just love to moan!!!!! as the person who left bad comments. i have been to turkey many times but was our first visit to the elze. we loved it, the people we met were great to say the least. and as far as the manager... sinan, he is a lovely man, he couldnt do enough for me and my family, and made our holiday memorable.my little girl was stung by a wasp and sinan was there in an instant with cream for her. As far as the go karting track, yes it is close to the hotel and you do hear it from time to time but not enough to spoil your holiday. we will certainly go back to the elze and yes it is basic but turkey is , but basic doesnt mean dirty. the girl who cleans the rooms never stops and cleans them every day. we have made nice friends at the elze and hope to see them soon. thanx from Clive, Dawn and kids x

The Motel looked nice and sweet on the first day. On the second say however the problems started to show themselves. The reasons that I will not stay in this motel are as follows:
(1) there is no hot water until 11 in the morning. Complaining about this won't help as the owner will simply say he cannot do anything.
(2) don't expect shampoo soap in the shower -- these are not provided.
(3) There are no TV in the rooms (unless you are a friend of the manager). The air conditioner, although working, had some problems with it's temperature setting.
(4) The beds/towels are only changed once a week and so you might have to explicitly tell them to change them if they get dirty.
(5) The hotel is also next to a bar and a Karting track which makes it noisy until small hours in the morning.
-- The worst thing about the hotel, part from the above, in the behavior of the manager of the hotel when paying who was not very happy with us leaving at 11am (check out is at 12) as he wanted to give the room to other people.
All in all, I had a very negative experience. It is well worth paying a few more pounds and get a decent enjoyable room and service.

Last year was our second visit to the ElZe. Arriving is like being amongst old friends again. The hotel has a lovely pool and plenty of sun loungers, and a pool side bar which is open all day and evening for drinks and snacks.
Its situation is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Hisaronu, but close enough to still feel part of it. The family are very welcoming, and are always on hand to give advice on trips and sightseeing. Rooms are clean with small balconies, and typical for some of the older style accommodations. Traditional Turkish breakfast (melon, egg, cheese, tomatoe, cucumber, bread, jam, honey, olives, tea, coffee) gives you an opportunity to get to meet other guests and swap interesting information. If you want cereal, there is a small supermarket just across the road where you can buy your favourite.
Its fair to say that it is generally quiet and relaxing around the pool which is quite deep all round so may not be suitable for those who only like a dip.
If you visit, you won't be disappointed - this year will be our third stay and we've been going to Turkey since 1983. If you want bland european hotels, there are plenty to choose from. The ElZe is what it is, small and friendly and an opportunity for you to experience Turkish hospitality.

Just come back from holiday at the El-Ze and would just like to say a big thank you to Sidans dad and mum. My fella was very poorly and they made him some traditional Turkish remedies to make him better.
We ended up in the El-Ze as the hotel Saray we should of been staying at was overbooked, we was told we could go to the Saray for the second week but decided to stay at the El-Ze as the rooms where nice and clean and the air-conditioning was brilliant, which was a must as the weather was very hot. The cleaners where in everyday without fail and if you needed anything they where very helpful.
There was plenty of space by the pool and you didn’t have to go and put your towels on the loungers at the crack of dawn, no loud music playing all night, so if you want a nice relaxing holiday the El-Ze is the place to stay. I would have spent a lot more time there but there was 19 of us all together and the rest of them where staying at the Saray so it was easier for two of us to go up there. I would just like to say a big thank you to all at the El-Ze for a lovely holiday hope to see you all soon. x
