The hotel was quite basic in my opinion. The reception staff were very helpful but i cant say the same for the cleaners. they didnt empty our bathroom bin or wash the shower which isnt alot to be asked. the pool is very overcrowded and unless you get up at 7 to put your... more

hotel good with excellant staff on hand to help you. expensive for certain items but overall ok. need to update music around the pool if i listen to anymore eagles i will strangle the DJ.

Have been to Pine Valley before and it almost didnt dissapoint. The only things i found unbearable were the pool staff were always going on about the english being mean at tipping,dont they know there is a recession!.Also when the pool was full of inflatables you could not swim as pool is not big enough.
