i stayed in pine valley for 2 weeks in june with my family not first time going to hisaronu but first time staying here and it did not dissapoint, and i will be sure to go again the room was lovely very big and was cleaned everyday with fresh sheets and towels we were right by the bar and we could bearly hear the music after 12am.the staff were brilliant always there to help and the hotel was kept clean everyday. i also toke my 2 year old daughter and she loved it they do activities in the day for the kids like colouring and painting they also have 3 slide which me and my partner toke my daughter down and she loved it very safe and always a member of staff around.the food was lovely and im a very fussy eater but there was always something there for me you have breakfast by the pool tradional turkish breakfast night there was salads on one half of the room, soups and your mains which ranged from kebab meat to spag bowl and also desserts but every night was different food wise. in the cocktail bar every night they had entertainment belly dancers dancing shows bingo, games with the customers every night there was a laugh. pool area is lovely games in the day like water polo lilo racing which is a laugh and they also go shooting in the woods and football to all for free. access was easy for buggys they have stairs and slops they have a lift which takes you to the pool area first place to see that. also if you fancy a night out of the hotel only a 5min walk from the strip which has lovely bars aloha, heads or tails and food restarants would deffinalty go to the woodmans. But if you fancy a quite day i would recommend going down to istanbul restarant in kaya village (ghost town) taxi costs 20lira or can get a dolmuss they have lovely food and also a pool me and my family went there for the day and it was nice to have the pool to ourselfs.

We have just come back from a week at pine valley and have to say the place was excellent. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the entertainment was great. If you get the chance to have a turkish bath (the full works) you must try one, i have been going to turkey for 20 odd years and have never tried a turkish bath until now, wow i was missing out they are wonderful especially the massage of which i had 4 well worth the money. We read some reviews before going and we were worried about the talk of loud music through the night but have to say we didn't hear a thing. Rooms were very clean and the family one i had was very spacious. Nice waterslides for the kids and the town was a 5 minute walk away which was great. Food in hotel was lovely, lots of choice. The resident photographer was brilliant, had a few family photo's done and was very surprised with the results, so good it's almost as if they are airbrushed, try him if you want some nice pics. Overall would definately go back again, in-fact we are all talking about re-booking for this year as we are desperate to get back.

This Hotel has an outside terrace bar that plays very very loud music till the early hours. This music can be heard in your room. Complaints to management fall on deaf ears.

Pine Valley in really nice location. Rooms a bit old-fashioned, could do with modernisation, but having said that the air con was very good and you needed it in the Summer. Food was nothing fancy just good old home cooking. Staff were nice enough - a bit annoying at times - I suppose they were just being friendly! Plenty sunbeds so no bother there. Entertainment at night okay, liked the belly dancer and the Turkish dancers.
- Advice: they would enjoy it

We just returned from a two week stay at Pine Valley. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would recommend it for families.
On arrival, we were disappointed by the size of the room we were allocated. Rooms are the same size, whether they are booked for two or three people. I'd say the room is adequate for two, but definitely cosy for three, although our son is only 7. As the hotel was at full capacity, the manager was unable to move us, but to be honest we spent so little time there it didn't matter a bit!
The food is excellent at the hotel. Breakfast is as you'd expect, with a variety of eggs, ham, olives, cereal and fruit, with omelettes and pancakes cooked to order occasionally. The coffee was good, the orange juice "sherbetty". Evening meals were varied, with a mixture of British and Turkish foods, something for everyone, and the Turkish and BBQ nights that were held around the pool were particularly good.
The pool is not huge, but is very well placed and the area is very pretty and well maintained. There is an issue with sunbeds, but that has more to do with certain guests bagging their beds early in the morning and disappearing on trips, or to the beach without using them. This is beyond the control of the hotel, but is very annoying! There is an on-site photographer who takes random photos during the day and displays them on the notice board for purchase if desired. He also takes bookings and is very professional and offers excellent value for money.
Entertainment is not great, but the children seem to really enjoy it, and the staff were all fantastic with children and adults alike.
The only drawback for us was that the beach is so far away, and although absolutely beautiful, it's not sandy and therefore not ideal for children. This is documented in the brochures in all fairness, but we did miss having a nice beach within walking distance!
All in all, we really enjoyed the holiday and would definitely return to Pine Valley sometime in the future!!!

first visit to pine valley, was dissapointed, there was nothing going on in the day time, pool was small, the staff were brilliant had a good laugh in the evenings with them, miserable manager.toast cereals ,ham and cheese and boiled eggs for breakfast,my 8 year old didnt like the cereal said they tasted funny, tomatoe soup everynight for tea along with another variation ,not enough selection for evening meals, and the same deserts everynight, better to go out and eat up the town.only a 5 minute walk and loads of places to eat and drink ,hisaranu a lovely place.would go back there but to a different hotel

The first time I visited Hisaronu I stayed here. That was in May 2006 (will not go back that far).
To be honest we didn't stay in the hotel much (first girl holiday on our own, many bars to visit. lol).
The hotel room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Mini bar in the room and decent shower room. The only downside was in was a bit dark in the room we were in.
The pool was lovely and the staff very friendly. We did not eat here much but what we did have was very nice. Another problem we had was not being able to pay as you go. I find I get a bit carried away with a tab.
The hotel was suitable for most people except there are many steps around the hotel so people with mobility problems would probably need to avoid.

Just returned from yet another wonderful stay at the Pine Valley. In our opinion it is without doubt the best Hotel in the area. The reception staff are efficient helpful and friendly and speak excellent English. The standard if cleanliness is absolutely first class. The rooms, the pool area, the bars, the dining room, the paths around the property, everywhere is absolutely spotless, and the gardeners can be very proud of the beautiful gardens and flowers. The rooms are small but have everything you need including modern air conditioning and there is always hot water(a rarity in some Turkish Hotels)The food is plentiful and fresh.Breakfast has something for every taste including a full English as an extra and the coffee is really nice. The evening meals are varied and the choice of salads is just amazing. They do a really good deal and excellent value for money on the Half board upgrade and the a la carte option on several nights a week cannot be bettered by any restaurant in the village. The Turkish night and the Barbeque night every week are held round the pool in season and are fantastic with an amazing buffet and great entertainment. The entertainment staff and the waiters are the icing on the cake. They are a wonderful bunch of lads who work very hard to make sure everyone has a fabulous holiday. They treat everyone from babies to pensioners with respect and kindness and always have time for a chat or a joke. They seem to have an inbuilt intuition as to who wants peace and quiet and who likes a bit of banter. The Hotel is well designed in that the rooms are not grouped around the entertainment area or the pool so there is minimum noise from the entertainment at night. There is a beautiful Turkish bath on the property which is a great way to start your holiday and the staff are lovely. The Hotel also benefits from its ideal position just far enough from the village not to be bothered by noise but close enough for a nice stroll in the evening(5 minutes). There is even a fantastic hairdresser called Nico just outside the Hotel entrance.Shops, bars, restaurants markets and wonderful beaches all within easy reach in the village or a short trip on the Dolmus. All in all perfection, for us anyway and the fact that we have spent 2 months here this year and hope to do the same next year speaks for itself. In fairness I must add that there are quite a lot of steps around the property and some ducks who cannot tell the time but we are both pensioners and manage the steps ok and we love the ducks anyway.

We have just returned from 14 days at the Pine Valley. It's a lovely hotel set in the local pine forest just on the edge of Hisaronu. It's well within walking distance of the village centre but far enough away to be unaffected by the extraordinary level of commercialism there.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, food is well presented and plentiful (usual Turkish breakfast, but you can pay extra for a Full English Breakfast if you want), and it's kept beautifully clean.
The only downsides to us were the overcrowded swimming pool area (sun beds everywhere) and the unfortunate fact that the Hotel Merriment is located next door, which blares out inane music and karaoke until quite late (up to 11.30 p.m). To us the Hotel Merriment is a misnomer- Hotel Annoyance would be better.
Don't let that distract you from the enjoyment of the Pine Valley. We'd go again!

We have just returned from our second stay at this marvelous hotel. The location is peaceful, set in a forest, the gardens are well-maintained and there is an area for children (and adults) with ducks, chickens and rabbits. The food in excellent and there is always the choice to upgrade at a small cost (we recommend all the upgrades but especially the T-bone which was very tender (we had three) and the fish was out of this world!) The bbcue evening is always very good as is the entertainment in the hotel, although we have seen some of them several times, is always good to see again. The cleanliness of the rooms is good and the accommodation, although basic, is perfectly ok. One of the things that made our holiday was the staff, and all were friendly but especially the waiters and bar staff who were fantastic! My husband used the Turkish bath a lot and as he is disabled, it helped his mobility greatly.
We have already booked for next May and hope to return in September as well.
