Bay View Village Hotel

I just returned from a quick four day getaway, and stayed at the Best Western Bay View Suits on Paradise Island. What a terrific place. Tucked away, just a few short blocks from Atlantis. The place isn't brand spaning new, but it's immaculate. You could eat off the floor, the rooms are so clean and well maintained. I've been to Paradise Island a dozen times before and stayed almost everywhere, between Atlantis, CLub Med, the Holiday Inn and the Sheraton. For the Money this place is a hidden treasure. Loved staying at Bay View Village. From March 6 to 13, 2004. One bedroom townhouse. Very quiet, lovely swimming pools-but not heated, peaceful, short walk to 2 small malls for restaurants, deli, shops, ice cream, fine dining, family dining.Short walk to Atlantis, and Cabbabe beach. When we saw the beach we went everyday except Friday (Exuma Island Excursion - fantastic). The unit was very clean and nice-excellent 3-star. Don't count on the poolside bar or restaurant. As a couple visiting The Bahamas staying on Paradise Island at the Bay View Village worked out great for us. The small complex was very beautiful and well maintained. We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit bedroom, kitchen and living room all very nice. Walking distance to all attractions on Paradise Island and a short taxi ride to busy Nassau. Would recommend to all.
