Abaco Beach Resort & Boat Harbour

We spent a night here before going on to a rental cottage in another island, and then spent a day on the way back. Our room was a standard double, very spacious, beautiful view of the beach. Very nice bathroom. Caveat for some, there are no elevators and some rooms are third floor. The pool area is really pretty and has a nice poolside bar/restaurant with very friendly staff. We stayed here on our boat during Spring Break. The resort is beautifully landscaped and the pool area is wonderful, with 2 little bridges spanning the pool. Great tiki bar and fabulous food. The staff could not be more accomodating and helpful at all times, especially coming as a family with children.. The kids enjoyed the water trampolines and the pool. Good location in that it's just a short walk to town and other shops/restaurants/ferry service. Would definitely come here again. Cannot say enough great things about this place!

I stayed here for a couple of nights and had a great time. There is a swim up bar, nice resturant, and plenty of hammocks scattered across the property. The dollar goes much farther on this island than in Nassau and the pace of life is much more laid back. The resturant at the hotel had good food at a decent price. There is a ferry that will take you to several of the smaller islands around the area and it is a good idea to do some exploring while staying in Marsh Harbor.
