Ses Veles Apartments

We have stayed in Ses Veles for the past few years and although they are basic apartments they are clean and comfortable.Conthie (I think its how you spell the ladys name) works very hard and looks after all the apartments. The pool area is fine, lovely and relaxing,The beach is accross the road,The up and inn pub is just up the road and the food in the bar of ses veles is to die for.Were going back again in a weeks time,the 2nd of may, there is twenty of us going this time and you can be sure of a great welcome.

We love cala llonga.We have been going there for years and we always stay in ses veles..Ok the apartments are basic but they have all you need for a relaxing holiday...The pool area is small but with only 12 apartments not many people use it.The beach is only across the road and so are all the shops and restuarants...I find it a great location as there is no steep hills and everything is close by...The area is lovely and peaceful and the people are so friendly..It is a nice place to relax in and i do feel well rested when i return home...We fly with panarama and have never had any problems with the flights been delayed or our luggage going missing...I will be going to Ibiza again this year and staying in Ses Veles..

We should have had keys to apartment at 1pm but finally got them at 3.30pm, by then we were desperate for a good cup of tea but there was no kettle and the cooker is run by a gas bottle and you need to purchase matches from the local supermarket before you can light it!
The balcony had broken tiles and the clothes airer left rusty marks on our clothes.
The pool area was awful, old broken sun beds, two parasols for the whole complex, no top step on pool ladder and by the end of the week the pool was very cloudy! Everyday three Spanish youths came to the pool; they were very stupid, jumping in over the kids. When they arrived, we left! Complained to the rep, but nothing was done.
The man who cleans the beach has his shed across the way and we were woken early every day by his noisy old tractor!
We didn't realise Cala Llonga has a big problem with jelly fish. We went to the beach and
See a red flag which meant the beach was full of jelly fish, the next time we went it was a green flag and full of people-that day we went out on pedelo and I was stung, this was so painful, I was so grateful it wasn't one of my children.
Calla Llonga and Ibiza Island are beautiful and the people are very friendly but this resort is no good if you want to spend time in the sea with children-it really isn't worth the risk.
And if you go with Airtours - good luck. They have a great complaints department, I waited on hold for 47 minutes before I even spoke to a human, then she was totally unhelpful.

The rooms were just basic, we found cockroach in kitchen, I had to go out and buy some bleach and clean floors and bathroom, it smelt like a dirty mop had been used to clean the floors. We were on the top floor H2. It didn’t look anything like some of the others, the baggage room was much nicer, and I would have stayed in there if I'd had a choice. We paid £1234 for this holiday, it was a total nightmare I would rather have spent a week in Blackpool. We spent nearly £900 spending money, the restaurants were ok, just basic everyday food nothing special. If it wasn’t for taking my foster daughter for a treat, I’d have tried to get a ticket back home after the 4th day! Then to put the icing on the cake, we had to wait 2 hours in the baggage queue, so had no time to go to duty free, the airport staff were so rude and ignorant, basically I absolutely hated it, I feel so stressed, I need another holiday to get over it!

The apartment and the resort was excellent I would tell any one to go.
No problems regarding noise or rowdiness. The pool is nice and quiet.
Also the resort is nice and good for families.
