We booked this holiday as a last minute deal and were slightly concerned as the price was so cheap. We couldn't have been more pleased and had one of our best holidays ever.
We have 2 boys; 5 and 7, who loved the cute apartments and friendly owners. The pool was fantastic and being so close to the beach was wonderful. We would definitely recommend this small and friendly complex for a quiet and relaxing family holiday. We will certainly return here.
The local tavernas are great and good value and are everything you come to expect from a fantastic, friendly Greek holiday.

We chose Santorini as our honeymoon location and couldn't have chose a better place!
It encompasses everything you want in a holiday. If you want peace and quiet Perivolos is the place however, its probably best to go out of high peak season (i.e. August) if you want real quiet as it tends to be popular with families in August so there is noise around the pool.
If you struggle with high temp then I'd recommend going in Sept or early July, as in Aug temperatures are over 40 degree c.
The Eleftheria studios were lovely - so clean - the beds and towels were changed every day! The staff were very nice as well. Strongly recommended would def go back.

Santorini is a magical island with something for everybody. We stayed at the Eleftheria Studios in Perivolos, which is one of the quieter resort with an uncrowded beach and a small selection of Tavernas and shops. The accommodation was simple but very nice. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and had a small swimming pool with sun loungers. There is a reliable bus service into the capital of Thira, which is perched on volcanic rocks and is quite magnificent ;as is Ola further along the coast. You have the best of both worlds here with a quiet resort with easy access to the “must see” sights.

Eleftheria self-catering apartments. Rooms are "cleaned" every other day, that is someone comes in and changes the sheets and wipes the floor with a dirty mop.
The rooms are NOT CLEAN. The toilet/bathroom had a permanent smell of sewerage, and there is also a problem with ants, mainly in the bathroom, but in the main room also. The kitchen facilities were outrageous, the sink filthy, and the "cooker/hotplate" disgusting.
However, Eleftheria is in a great location, has great views, and is very close to the beach and close to town, which is beautiful.

This accommodation is very basic, but spotlessly clean and in a great location. Self catering facilities are not too good; no kettle! Not suitable for those with mobility problems - loads of steps!
A short walk to the fantastic Lindos main beach and also into the village with its great roof-top tavernas and bars. Lindos is amazing - well worth a visit.
For cheap and cheerful holiday accommodation this is hard to beat! Beware though, Lindos itself is not cheap, food and drink prices are comparable with the UK.

Santorini really is a wonderfully beautiful island and I hope to return to it again. We stayed in Perivolos which is pleasant resort with a nice beach offering plenty of restaurants and bars. It is a relatively quite resort- not too touristy- which is exactly the sort of thing I look for in a holiday but for those who prefer a more-buzzing atmosphere the nearby town of Perissa is easily accessible. We stayed in the Villa Eleftheria Apartments which provided pleasant accommodation and was well-suited to the needs of my party. We had a lovely little courtyard which we enjoyed sitting out in. It describes itself as being 80m from the beach but this is, if anything, an overestimate because it really is as close to the beach as it is possible to get. What struck me most, however, was the kindness of the owners. A mistake on the part of our travel company meant that the owners had not been expecting us but they were very good about the situation and had a room cleaned and made available for us very swiftly. Overall, we were very impressed with the accommodation and the services that it offered and would recommend it to people looking to visit Santorini, in particular to couples and families with older children.
