Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Orlando Florida Mall

I was surprised to get a suite (two rooms, separated by a door which closes - one side with 2 queen beds, one side had a sleeper sofa) for this low price. The pool looked nice (we didn't use it) the sheets, floor and bathrooms were clean, the 2 TVs worked, the decor was nice enough. I felt safe in the parking lot. The microwave and coffee maker didn't work (we didn't care, we didn't really need them) and the one toilet was slightly clogged (slow to drain) but overall it was a good value. The Hotel was easy to find from I-4. It was convenient to get meal and shop. I did not have to move my car for the three days that I was there because I found all I needed in one location. The service was good and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

We stayed here for 1 night in March. The parking lot seemed empty so there did not seem to be too many guests. Checkin was quick and the clerk went the extra mile to make sure my loyalty card number was in the reservation. I have never stayed at a Baymont Inn & Suites prior to this past weekend. I had a one day one night reservation and I must say that I was reluctant about staying here. Upon check- in I requested to see the room first. The front desk clerk (Honey Lebron) was very friendly and accommodated my request. I was impressed with the way the room looked. Do not stay here people!!! The black dude at the front desk seems like a major brown-noser. He was trying way to hard. The actual manager looked like she just crawled out of bed. Strange people... security guard is a prik. The actual rooms are so outdated and smell horrible. The pool is not heated. The breakfast was okay but they don't seem to want to refill things as they run out even if you ask. Housekeeping is lazy. I could go on and on... AVOID

I've never been to a worse hotel. We checked in around 11:00pm and if we'd checked in earlier I would have checked right back out! For starters the security key scanners on the entrance of the building were missing with wires hanging out. The building itself was in terrible condition. The room had a bad odor and the air conditioning was working way too loudly for too little air. I was really impressed with the value of this motel. The rooms were nice, including mini fridge, microwave, and a mini balcony for upstairs rooms. The property was clean and I saw a security guard walking the property at night which was nice. Stopped in and had breakfast and again I was surprised to see a good selection of items tended to by a warm and friendly staff. I'll be back for sure.

Recieved this hotel from a hotwire purchase for 35USD. This included breakfast for 4 adults and 1 infant. Crib was in room prior to our arrival. Check in/out staff friendly. This is a 2* property and as such, looks like a 2*. Older buildings with new paint. Clean rooms, nice pool area with a wading pool for infants. The Hotel was excellent. The one and only problem was that we had a two bedroom suite their was no door between the two rooms. the restaurant next to the Hotel was Pollos A La Brasa Mario 4 out of 5 Stairs and the price were good!!

Good overall, clean, location is nice - close to the airport, the interstate and the outlets/malls. Rooms are kind of outdated and dark, but acceptable. Breakfast is okay, wired internet connection works well. For the price - in the sixties - you can definitely find something equivalent and maybe better around.
