Although a comfortable room and reasonable breakfast, despite being 3 *** there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room as we were lead to believe.
The cafeteria/bar area is rarely manned in the evenings or the member of staff has to be sought, and some members of staff are unhelpful or rude.
We unfortunately arrived on our first night after 11.00 p.m. and were told we could not have a drink because the hotel did not have the staff.
