Just returned from the friendly hotel we have been to yet. George ,Barbara Rita and Elias made a truly welcoming holiday nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent accommodation with very friendly owners, George, Barbara and family plus staff. Rita has a very good sense of humour. The BBQ is not to be missed as it is great fun. Kleftiko night is great value for money for top class lamb.

Rita and Elias are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. The hotel is situated only a 15-minute walk from Kos town and the area is very pleasant. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops close to the hotel and on the walk into Kos town - we particularly liked Mama Rosa's Italian restaurant... read more

George, Barbara, Elias & Rita really make you feel welcome. The hotel is clean and has a good sun terrace, pool and pool bar.

George and the team really put themselves out for you - nothing is too much trouble.

Just come back from a week staying at Alice Springs Hotel in Kos. I can’t recommend this hotel enough it was FANTASTIC. Looking for an inexpensive end of season break we could not have chosen better. George and family made us so welcome and though this was our first visit they made us feel like old friends.
