The reviews of this hotel are fair. This is not a 4-star hotel as we know it, but it still is a great holiday resort with lots to do. The food is boring (unfortunately) and the breakfast canteen was like being in the middle of Clapham Junction. It’s really busy. We also had issues upon arrival with our room. We were told there was some problem with the plumbing and they tried to put us up in a grim business hotel in middle of Playa de Las Americas for 2 nights. We were only there for a week so I created such a fuss and wouldn't back down that they miraculously found us a room - but it did overlook the roundabout which was a bit noisy from traffic. Interesting to read that this seems to be a frequent occurrence with other guests too. Anyway, once we got over this hiccup we thought it was a great place to stay. We liked the pools and the adult only area up at the top but we especially liked the pool across the alley way as it’s really quiet and has its own poolside bar. I'm surprised that someone said it’s not good for kids, as the children we saw seemed like they were having a ball. We'd definitely recommend this hotel, particularly for families, but just be aware that it’s not a smart as it looks in the photos on the websites.

When we got to the hotel on our first day, there was a problem with 10 of the rooms so our room wasn’t ready until the next day. The hotel staff were very organised and efficient and arranged for us to stay in another hotel for the night and arranged a taxi to bring us to the other hotel and collect us the next day, all expenses paid for . To compensate us for the inconvenience, they upgraded us to superior room and gave us the all inclusive deal for the rest of our stay. Twice in the same week when we came back to our room from being at the pool, there was 2 bottles off sparkling wine left for us along with 2 plates of fruit. I would recommend anyone to go to this hotel as the staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make sure your stay is as pleasant and that their guests are happy. The rooms were nice and clean.
- Advice: Give the little bit extra in money and pay for the hotel part - well worth it.

The apartments are in need of refuribishment they wouldn't even qualify for a 2 star nevermind 4 star.
We went all inc but found the food very boring and cold being vegiterian we asked for some pizzas for dinner and we had to send them back they were awful we ended up eating out to ensure the children had something different from chips to eat.
I wouldn't go back to this hotel

We booked the paradise park after reading several reviews on the hotel. We arrived at the hotel very late and were met at reception by a bell boy who escorted us to our room. So far so good. The following morning we were up early and proceeded to the dining room to have breakfast. The breakfast was at best mediocre. We ate out at a lovely little italian that evening called rubinas it is situated just down the hill and its very nice. Having two young children we decided to make use of the evening entertainment in the hotel. They employ a singer(i use this term loosely) he warbled his way through several old songs murdering most and just killed the others, Suffice to say my children were not impressed my two year old was close to tears !!!!.
We ate in at the hotel one evening and the food was dreadful I hope it was an off night but we didn't chance it again.
Siam park is a must if you like the water parks far better than Aqauland. Taylor's bar on the way to the beach is very nice for snacks and has a lovely atmosphere for the kids.
To sum up if you have kids then paradise park isn't the best idea they have two pools for the kids and the rest are adults only. A happy child is a happy parent and my kids were often not happy. On a positive note the rooms were nice and the maid cleaned them every day.

The hotel was very pleasant.
But: at the day of checking out we quited our room at 12.00 and have free time before flight (at 20.20), we checked passports, tickers and money to the reception-s safe. When we returned at 17.00, the documents had disappeared. Nobody stealed then except stuff. And nowadays all the week I'm waiting their answers, but they don-t think about their reputation. They keep silence, escape of the answer
They have many problems of stuff' selection. Their level doesnt' fall short of 4 stars.
The client doesn't worry about values registered at the department of the hotel.
And the boss is not in a hurry to offset a disadventage and moral damage.
Please, be careful and attentive booking the room at Paradise Park

We stayed at paradise park for a week, to be honest the apartments need refurbished,. The food was ok though we dined out a few nights as it was a bit repetative. It is a good 10 miniute walk in to los cristianos. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was really clean. I would stay at this hotel again if I got it on offer.

I quite enjoyed my stay at Paradise Park. It was my first time staying in a 4 star hotel. I was Half Board there, the room i stayed in was average, it seemed no different from a 3 star hotel room. Needs much redecorating, old Terracotta coloured furnishings and curtains with holes torn in them, the mini bar is just a little fridge with nothing in it. The beds and towels are changed everyday which is very good but the room's surfaces were hardly wiped and were left a bit dusty. The mirror is far across the room from the dressing table which doesn't help and the hairdryer in the bathroom wasn't very good. It can get very noisy when the cleaners start early in the morning, a lot of banging and furniture sliding across the floor. I must say i enjoyed the food in the hotel's restaurant. I loved the selection of fish. It can get a tad repetitive but i absolutely loved the desserts. Drinks were expensive though. Most of the time the lifts aren't worth using, they keep stopping on floors you don't want them to so the stairs are better. Hotel entertainment was not to my taste. All they seemed to have on was Bingo, a country western singer, spanish dancing or a bit of fun for young children like clowns or parrot shows. If you want peace and quiet there is plenty of it on the roof. It's lovely up there with a pool, a bar and sun loungers about the size and comfort of a double bed. The rock pool is gorgeous too. I never used any other facilities like the spa, gym or shops but i had a nose around and it looked very good. I can't grumble really but if i go there again i would have to pay a bit more for a posh room and go self catering because i was a bit dissapointed with this one, it was tiny. It is an extra 60 euros per night to upgrade to the better rooms. We had to be out of the room at 12 pm on the day we were leaving and i was very shocked how expensive it was to keep the room. 24 euros per person so it would have cost us 48 euros just for an extra few hours stay! Certainly not worth it for that room.

It was a really good there. There was lots to do and children would love it! The only thing was, when we went there was a rat in the room but the staff to care of it and were realy friendly. They helped you and made sure you had the best holiday. I would reccomend going here!

I cant believe some of the reviews below. I stayed in a duplex apartment which had the best views and the accommation was fantastic.
The food was far from repeatative as you had about four food stations which served different types of food. Breakfast was either fresh fruit, english breakfast, continental or cereal and evening meal had something for everyone including my 3year daughter.
The pools where cleaned early every morning and were spotless.
The staff were really helpfull.
I am a Travel agent myself and booked the hotel with the company I work for. I have stayed in some very nice hotels and WILL recommend this hotel to anyone.
However the only thing id say as a negative is the location. The Paradise Park is at the top of a hill which is fine walking down and only takes 10mins to the beach, but we got a taxi back which only cost about 3euros.
We only stayed in for the entertainment for one night and what I saw it was good, but we prefered to go into the resort in the evening.
I know just as good as anyone that when it comes to hotels its each to there own, but may I point out this is a 4 star hotel and not a 7star deluxe which im sure some people below expected.

We booked this hotel as a large group, we were allocated the appartments which are definetly NOT 4 * They are very dated, run down, and the beds are not adult beds they are camp beds. The hotel itself has the potential to be an excellent hotel, but the staff are really misrable, the food was good but the dining room was far too small to accomodate the vast amount of guests. The evening entertainment was good with two diffrent acts on each evening. the bar staff were really great and very friendly. The pools were frezzing cold, apat from the two pools which were allocated for adults only, we had two babies with us, and the pools really were too cold, we tried to use the warm pools which we were told to vacate !!!! WHY have TWO adult warm pools and no warm pool for babys. So Paradise Park get you act together and update, and have a warm pool for little ones.....By the way the Natural warm pool, (adults only) didnt seem to used, The roof top for adults only was nice.
