I have wanted to go to Canada for a very long time, and it lived up to my expectations 100%. I want to go back this year if I get the chance I was that impressed.
The people were friendly, it was a beautiful place and even the hotel was a pleasant surprise. I chose the holiday inn as it is obviously a big name and is in the UK so I felt safe with this as my choice.
The customer service was very quick if we had any problems and it was clean, hygienic and tidy! I recommend it completely, and will be returning to the same place, I might even take more of my family.

The hotel is in a great location to see the city loads of restaurants and pubs near by and only 5 mins walk from the CN tower and Roger centre (sky dome) must see when you are in Toronto.
Rooms nice, quite big serviced every day, all the staff really friendly and willing to help in any way they can.
We had a short walk to a deli for breakfast and lunch was where ever we stopped, dinner was in all the good restaurants well we were on holiday.
