ok where to start, overall hotel was good. clean basic but small rooms. (cleaners were lovely). pool was good apart from the small jacuzzi pool. it was green with some sort of fungus growing. staff were great especially geno and ahmet at bar.food was good and breakfast had lot to choose from. reception staff were not the nicest or very helpful. location was excellent to centre of hisaronu. hisaronu is amazing and the restuarants and people are second to none. music at hotel is a killer came home shattered from lack of sleep.also paid for air con but it wasnt the best!!!
- Advice: keep music down

Reading the reviews I can see where everyone is coming from to be honest.
We have just spent a week there. Pool great, staff helpful and friendly, food average and accommodation acceptable. (lots of mould growing in our shower cubicle, youll know if your in that room because the white toilet seat is stained yellow in patches)
However the downer and it is a big one: if you dont like the pretend Ibiza scene, its very noisy. The music is keep you awake and goes on at least until 01:30 every day. Coupled with the rock hard mattress not a restful place to be at all. Its the noisiest door slamming location ive ever stayed.
If you want a quiet relaxing break this is not the hotel for you.
Not moans, observations.

We have just returned from our Holiday to Turkey, where we stayed at the Telmessos Hotel. The Hotel is lovely, the pool is massive, clean and has a lovely environment surrounding it. We stayed in a room over looking the pool, it was good - nothing spectacular but all you needed and clean.
One thing to remark on is the friendliness of the staff at our hotel, if there was ever a problem they were always ready to help. We struggled with the reception girls, poor english and maths but we found one of the other staff able to translate for us and it became a lot easier! This will probably improve. Night reception guy was brilliant - deal with him for everything if possible.
There are lots of signs saying no food or drink from outside allowed, but we did not have a problem - although we were very discreet.
I would go back there without hesitation.

I have never written a review but had to on return from this holiday. Location: Super. bars & restaurants 5 min walk. Hotel: Excellent couldn't fault it one bit very clean for 3 star, caters for kids great, swimming pool clean and jacuzzi tub great for paddling kids.Only thing rooms were quite small but if your paying for 3* star youu can't expect a executive room.
Staff: Lovely all helpful and great with kids.
Food: onion rings & chips for kids a la carte menu half board and turkish night bbq - fab.
Don't listen to bad reports if you know what to expect from a 3* start hotel!
The best bit off the hotel: looking out to the mountains when having dinner, simply gorgeous.

We have just returned from 10 days in this hotel.
The Hotel is well situated and has an excellent swimming pool which is always spotless.
The rooms are ok and were cleaned everyday with clean new sheets and towels.
The breakfasts were good and fresh each morning.
However, for some reason the management of the Hotel insist on music blasting from the poolside bar from 8.00am to 4.00am everyday.
There were a couple of times when a group 'chavs' were popping off at the bar at about 2.00am and the whole Hotel could hear them. The staff and management failed to deal with the situation and there were a lot of very unhappy customers the next day.
My advice is if you want a quiet, relaxing holiday avoid this hotel.
If you are with a young family insist that you have a rear room that does not overlook the swimming pool as you will be disturbed.
The mangement of the hotel have to decide whether they are running a hotel for the majority or a night club for the minority.

Had a great time in the resort. The staff are friendly and the plce is very clean and the pool is great. That is the good news. The bad news is unless you want thumping music that even make your windows shake then it isn't the place for you.
I can honestly say I have never been so sleep deprived in all my life. There is no fridge in the room so be prepared to drink warm water but overall the only people I would recommend it to is my teenage children. Air conditioning has to be paid seperately and the sister hotel will charge you extra to drink there.
- Advice: If you want thumping music all night and you don't want to sleep then it's great

just returned from two weeks at this hotel and for what we paid we had a great time ok its not five star but its clean and friendly and close to everything some of the reviews are just not true as for the remarks about not taking food into the hotel most of the hotels around have the same policy we managed to take bits in and were never stopped the rooms are cleaned as often as you like just make sure you leave yur key before twelve the staff are very friendly thank you gerrard for being a great barman just a couple of things the tvs didnt work and th owner just didnt seem to care but apart from that we hav no complaints
- Advice: quite a lively resort gone a bit expensive so beware

have been to turkey several times so knew what to expect. on arrival to the hotel at 5 in the morn we were told our room was not ready but they had a room we would be able to use till the morn, not too happy but as so tired we went to bed! got up in the morn and went back to reception to be told still not ready to go back at 12, 12 came and went still waitin...... eventually they said room had been kept on by the people till 6, 6 came and they left but we had to wait until 7 for it to be cleaned, bit of a nightmare day in total, EVENTUALLY we got our extemely small room!!! sorted our cases and went to reception to discuss our day and sort out aircon and safe etc,, i expected an apology and a reduction to say the least but the older woman on the reception was the rudest abrupt person i have ever came across and her manager cannot even come out of his office to see you i had to walk away and go back to my room in floods of tears as they did not even seem to realise what they had done was wrong, they took money from poeple to stop in what should have been our room and we had to wait 14 hours and offered us nothing!!!! if this happens to you on arrival dont move room at all, stop where they put you , unpack and enjoy your holiday!!!! pool, rest of staff etc were really great

stayed at hotel telmessos for two weeks with my wife and daughter, excellent hotel, very clean ,fantastic pool but quite deep no shallow end,but has two smaller pools ,pool area is cleaned every morning as is the childrens play area, nice poolside bar serves excellent food ,rooms are small with a very small childs bed ok for children up to about 10 or 11, balcony seats two people, but the rooms are cleaned daily if you put your key in reception, the air con is run of your electricity card wich fits in the holder on the wall also does the lights etc,the card is also used at the bar for buying food and drinks etc, you can settle your bill daily or at the end of your holiday if you like, very friendly staff and excellent location, dont be put off by negative reports ,forgot to mention the air con you have to pay £30 a week
- Advice: great choice of places to eat

How can anybody moan about this hotel, its beyond me! The 3 star Telmessos is a truly wonderful complex in the best location in Hisaronu. I am surprised anybody can have an trouble here, you must go on holiday looking for problems and issues as the hotel added to a wonderful holiday for us.
The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the lively strip in Hisaronu, right were you need to be as you should not be going on holiday to spend all your time in a hotel!
The rooms are on the small side, but there is plenty of room for 2 people to sleep/get ready/etc and they are cleaned whenever you like and you only need to drop your key into reception before 12.00, not 8.30am like other hotel. The whole staff were very friendly, the receptionist’s, cleaners, waiters, bar staff were superb. Big thanks to Cameron and Jimmy as well on on-site photographer Fred. For the price you are getting a brilliant bargain!
Just to clear things up, yes air con is an extra £30 per week – but most hotel’s charge anyway so see it as part of the cost (as its worth it) The hotel does have a no outside food and drink policy, but me walking in with a tub of Pringles and sharing them with the receptionist would suggest it’s not too strict. Just don’t go bringing in a 3 course meal and you will be fine – throw some drinks, chocolate, crisps etc in a bag and nobody will stop you.
I am going back next year, for the price you will struggle to find a hotel as good as this in such a spot on location!

I have been to Hisaronu 5 times now usually stay at Saray but as i took a friend Kerstin this time thought i would like a change. Both Kerstin and myself throughly enjoyed the Telmessos beautiful views, really friendly staff especially the cleaners who did a wonderful job, the pool and the pool area were always spotless the only downside was The Towel situation you would get guests putting towels out at 2,3,even 4 in the morning really not on, management sort this out for next year, and Suleyman who could not do enough for us,ali, ahmet and geno did a grand job looking after us at the bar, and the evening meals were delicious. Quick thank you to Vicky the computer whizz and Sarah who were there with their mums .We did eat out on 'the street' and had very good meals at The Butterfly and Abracadabra restaurants,if you go to Hisaronu and get the chance to go to the Talk Of The Town Cabaret go!!! it was the most funniest evening with a basic chicken meal but well worth it at £20.We also did 2 turkish baths definately a must to keep your tan,all day boat trip,Kerstin did pony trek, visit to pamukele(too strenious for me),will be back again no doubt about and to the same hotel.Keep up the good work, miss you all!!!!!!!!!!!
