If you are young and fit, Nirithes (at the top of a steep climb from the town) is great. If you're "getting on" it's still a nice place to stay but you need to hire a car for the holiday. There are many steps within Nirithes also. The 1-bed Apartments are spacious, and... more

Accommodation is basic, but perhaps that's no great surprise, and typical of Greece. My wife was particularly annoyed that the room didn't get much more than a sweep everyday, and was only washed when we were checking out. The shower room in particular needed better... more
