Just returned form these apartments. Absolutly disgusting. Dirty rooms. Bathrooms had hair all over it. Sofa was covered in stains,didn't really want to sit on it. Satellite TV consisted of sky news and BBC world news. Oven/Toaster was so dirty it was a health hazard, so... more

Stay Self Catering from headslap
I cannot speak for the self catering appartments at this hotel, but please do not bother with the Half Board Hotel side of it! Don't be surprised when you get dropped off at the bottom of the road and have to walk up the hill to get to the reception. The road is too narrow for the buses to use! The reception staff were not overly helpful, but I supose it was the end of the season. The bar opened for about five minutes a day when they felt like it and the food was so bad we actually ate out most nights, (at extra cost). I can only say the... more

I booked this holiday through Alpha Rooms for my self and 5 friends and to be honest it was better than I was expecting. Some of the reviews make it sound terrible, however the room was clean with a big balcony and lots of storage space for clothes etc, the pool area was small but clean and the pool bar was open all day so was easy for snacks/drinks etc. We didn't see a maid for the 5 days we were there and when we asked reception he said the maid comes once a week, which is quite bad if you've booked a 2 week holiday. Near Levante beach 5-10 min walk. Good sized balconies and clean rooms, room facilities as you would expect for a self catering apartohotel. Small pool area, but sunbeds free, The hotel can be very noisy at night, when I stayed large groups of teenagers/hen/stag groups etc which from the hours of midnight till 4am on their return from pubs/clubs made the hotel very noisy. In short if you want to party this hotel is in a good location, if you want rest and relaxation then this hotel may not be first choice.

The only problems with these Apartaments is there is no air con. You can hire a fan at reception or sleep with the sliding doors open to the balcony. The only problem doing this is it is very very very noisy outside. The noise comes from cars, (blasting horns at all hours) motorbikes ( loud exhausts) tyres skidding and noise from people coming back from the clubs. A good set of ear plugs is highly recommended. We stayed at the Primavera Park in March/April 2005 and loved it. The place was really friendly.The Pool is kinda small but at this time of year itis quiet which means you've got the pool mostly 4our self. They offer friendly advice about where the different variety of Attractions is around Benidorm and Alicante. There is a Bar/Restuarant across the Road which is Brilliant.
