We were given a very noisy room, the air conditioning unit for the entire hotel was situated on the roof above us, it was so noisy you could feel the vibrations within your stomach. The entire corridor in which we were placed suffered the same noise problem. This was on... more

I also suffered from noisy air con. I was told by the manager it was switched off at night but of course it wasn't. Other guests also complained. As an alternative I was offered a room at the front overlooking the busy main road and building site! In the end I moved hotels.... more
