Prague is simply the most spectacular jaw dropping city I have been privileged to see the buildings exteriors are like art work every where you go you sense the history taking into account this city hasn’t changed that much from the 15th century. Prague is only 1 of 3 cities occupied in the war yet left unharmed. Value for money is amazing for example we had lunch in a nice restaurant 2 main courses 1 a steak dish the other venison 6 drinks total bill £10 even when we went to the best restaurant in the city (cafe La Veranda) which had the Czech chef of the year 4 courses each 2 bottles and a couples of drinks still was under £40 for two people I would highly recommend Prague castle even the journey up to it lets you see how gorgeous this city really is I would try and walk as much as possible which was fairly easy just because every part of the city is different from building to building. Also the average price of a pint of fine Czech beer is 40p.
