Please do not book this hotel (faulty towers as we called it) filth filth and more filth. Pool never cleaned infact nothing even cleaned. we were promised entertainment but thre wasnt any. A holiday ruined and we will are complaining. This hotel should be shut down

To say the we paid all inclusive for this holiday was a joke, the bar had a list of eight drinks in all that were available and if you wanted anything else we had to pay. The lager was watered down, the spirits tasted like water and we were told there would be snacks... more

do not go ther on a all inclusive as you pay for the drinks after 10 pm when the bar closes at 1130 pm there is no snack buffet during the day meal times are 8 to 10 2 to 3 and 6 to 8 breakfast was eggs bacon every day and the rest is'nt worth talking about there was no... more

BAD POINTS: -food was cold and very little to choose from -pool inside and outside was very dirty -toilet wouldnt flush -shower speed and temperature varied constantly -behind sink was crawling with ants -safe was broken -patio doors derailed and wouldnt lock -bed sheets... more

were originally booked into the europa apartments in sa coma but arrived to find that the room had been double booked. After a confusing conversation with the non english speaking receptionist we were packed off to the playa blanca. We were given the penthouse!! apartment... more
