We stayed here from 29 July to 7 Aug, what a holiday from hell! When we arrived at the hotel, the man on the desk couldn’t speak a word of English, we went up to our room and the stench from the drains was shocking, there were tiles missing from the walls, the tiles were broke on the way out onto the balcony, the railings were loose on the balcony and I couldn’t allow my son to go out there on his own.
I must admit the bath towels were changed everyday but we never had the bedding changed. The food was the same everyday CHIPS,CHIPS AND MORE CHIPS, deep fried cauliflower and broccoli (eurgh). We had to put our plates away after we had eaten.
The hotel was also full of very ignorant Germans. The pool area was very slippery and the pool had scum round the edge, the resort was lovely there were plenty of shops and the beach was beautiful, it’s just a shame that there are hotels like these.

OLA
Hotel was old fashioned and outdated, staff didn’t speak English. I Paid for All inclusive but really it is half board. Hotel is ok for a short winter break. Wouldn’t recommend a 2 week holiday. At the end of the day you get what you pay for, and it is very cheap to come here the flights cost more then the hotel. So stop crying everyone!!
The actual resort is lovely with a lovely beach and nice shops.
Although the staff don’t speak very good English they are still friendly and polite.
The food is basic but once again you get what you pay for. Nice restaurants in resort. Pool is clean and nice to swim in.
Overall the hotel needs a face lift as I don’t think it has been touched since the 60´s.
Adios.

I can honestly say this is the worst holiday I have ever experienced. On arrival everything seemed alright and the language barrier with the staff, they only spoke very little English, did not seem to be a problem at first. I was offered a television at Reception as it was included in the price only to be told it only received German and Spanish stations.
In the morning went to breakfast to find people cooking their own bacon in two big hot plates. Decided to stick to toast and managed to find one two slice toaster stuck in the corner. After breakfast in became clear that I was expected to clear away my own plates into bins that stood next to the food!!!!
No ceiling fan in room but was given a poor excuse for a stand up fan that was of no benefit. Room generally dirty and sheets on bed not changed all week and bins rarely emptied. One evening of entertainment all week which was in German.
Swimming pool dirty with a line of grey scum around the outside. Drain covers and steps broken and no depth markings until day five of holiday when a staff member painted them on after several complaints. Same staff member when cleaning pool would empty his bucket of bleach into the pool.
When finally tracked down the rep, she had not updated her book in Reception, to complain was told that Hotel was in fact only a two star hotel and that we were among the first English people to stay there. Rep very unhelpful and obstructive.
I could go on with lots more but suffice to say this is the only holiday that I have been on that has forced me to take legal action. Avoid this like the plague.

We were told the hotel was 3* on arrival found out it was only 2* and I reckon that was wishful thinking.
The food was appalling, we had the same food every day and at every sitting. The hotel had cockroaches the linen and towels were not changed while we were there. The entertainment, what there was very poor.
We were the only English couple there and the staff did not speak English. It was with out a doubt the worst holiday experience I have ever had.

This hotel gave false information, it was 2* rating not 3*. There was no fans in room as stated, it said entertainment every night we had entertainment one night and that was in German. There was no TV in room and the food was awful. It was a German hotel with very few British people. Sa coma was a lovely place but the hotel was the worst I’ve ever been to. I would not recommend this hotel to any other tourists and found it a total waste of money!

Hotel advertised as 3* but on arrival found it was a 2* (as confirmed by Holiday Rep). It was the worse holiday I have ever been on. Very little, if any of the facilities, entertainment etc as advertised on the Internet were provided.
Sa Coma was absolutely fantastic, especially for families with young children but I would not go to the Hotel Playa Blanca again and would not recommend anyone else to go there either.

This was the worst holiday I have ever been on. The hotel was falling apart, everything seemed to be broken. The balcony coming away from wall in room, toilet not fixed to floor, tiles fell off in bedroom. The swimming pool was dangerous, the drain covers were broken, the steps were also broken. The food was disgusting and you had to even cook your own breakfast. This hotel has been shown as 3 star but was confirmed by the Med Hotels Rep and staff in the hotel that it was only a 2 star. No one in the hotel spoke English.
It is a German run hotel. No evening entertainment, no ceiling fans in bedroom as stated in description, no TV channels either as stated in description; unless of course you can speak German or Spanish. The hotel was dirty and toilets filthy and rooms cleaned but with the same linen all week. The resort however is lovely and would go back to this resort again. The best place to eat is a small restaurant in S'illot called Bar Poker Restaurant and the food is to die for.

This hotel was the worst that I have ever stayed in. The staff don't speak English and didn't care about any complaints (believe me there were plenty).
The pool area was filthy with rubbish left around for days. The rooms were very basic with no air conditioning or fans. We had a real battle to get the sheets changed too.
It was worse than Fawlty Towers, which is such a shame because the resort is very pretty.
AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS
