Having read a few reviews of the Gaffinos and been to Goa a few times I did go with an open mind, the rooms are cleaned daily with new towels, however... There is a staff problem here, lacklusture, lazy, passing the wrong information to us etc.. even for 2 star very... more

Yes this is a basic hotel but it was cleaned everyday, the rooms we stayed in had clean sheets and towels everyday as well. A shower "wet" room would have been a better choice for the bathroom, the staff were excellent very polite and eager to help. but lets talk about the... more

Just got back from gaffinos all i can say that is very very basic.the sfaff arent that helpfull. Anthony the hotel taxi driver is great. Maybe their sister hotel is better.Ww had to be moved rooms as the first room had no window so if you get room 102 refuse it.

Hi my partner and I stayed at Gaffinos for two weeks and had a brilliant stay very friendly staff very helpful. The food is superb as they have a downstairs restaurant. Which is also used by a lot of tourists who do not even reside at Gaffinos. The maid service is great... more

Have visited Goa for the past few years including 2 stays at Gaffino's...............only because we got a great deal on the package and the amount of time you spend in the room is minimal. This year, we stayed at elsewhere but still met up on Gaffino's terrace for drinks... more
