Holiday Villas

What a wonderful place to spend a holiday!
My family and I booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium and were a little hesitant having never heard of them before but we were pleasantly surprised.
We booked online and it was very user friendly, we called to confirm our reservation a few days prior to arriving and were treated very well on the telephone by a pleasant reservations agent.
We arrived at 11pm, our flight was delayed 2 hours and luckily they have someone at the desk 24 hours. The gentleman who checked us in was very courteous, though as tired as we were, he could have been rude and we would not have noticed!
We made our way to the Villa and found a tastefully decorated and fully furnished home that was more than fit for our family, though I wish they would have had a DVD player and the TV’s were a bit on the small side.
The full kitchen was a blessing, we had breakfast every day at the villa and a few dinners which save us a bundle not having to go out for every meal.
The pool, hot tub and clubhouse area was very clean and nicely landscaped, as was the rest of the property. The free shuttle to Disney was adequate and did save us the parking fees but the driver could have been more personable and would have been nice if he’d spoke something other than Spanish!
We played a game or two of Billiards in the club house one evening and that was nice, my wife and I thought it would have been nice if they’d had a couple of flat screen TV’s on the wall at different ends of the pool table so that we could watch the news or a sporting event while playing (just an idea) but just having the billiard table was a nice touch.
They had a nice playground for the little ones which was great and our teenager loved the play station room they had set up in the club house, they had play station 2's connected to TV’s and you could rent games to play, rather than your average arcade. My son said if they had larger flat TV’s and it was half and half Box’s and PS2's it would’ve been better but he didn’t complain during the 4 hours we left him in there!
All in all we had a wonderful time and the staff treated us with great professionalism and courtesy and we will be going back and encourage everyone to give them a try.
