The hotel itself is about 5 miles way from Stratford and that is really the only down side to this hotel, there is nothing near to the hotel other than fields so at night you are really forced to stay in the hotel to eat, unless you take your car of course.
The hotel food was pricey but was of an excellent standard. The staff were all friendly and were there to create a good impression, and to make sure the holiday makers had no issues.
The rooms had recently been refurbished and were of an excellent standard and they were lovely and warm even when during the day it struggled to get above minus figures.
This hotel would be perfect in the summer for those long summer nights where it would be nice to go on a long walk in the evening, however even at this time of the year we had an excellent few days away. Looking forward to going again.
