I went last summer with a group of five other lads, we had a great time chatting to the other youngsters that were staying there. Denis was really helpfull when introducing us to the women that were arriving and would always keep us informed for when they were arriving. The location is perfect, less than a 5 minute stroll to the clubs and a stones throw away from the beach.
Hopefully will be going back there soon for another group holiday.

we arrived late at night, they had kept bar open 4 us with ice cold beers, couldnt have been more welcoming or helpfull,yannis & dennis exspecially lovely, rooms were good & clean no probs atall would recomend this place to anyone met some wicked people there to its close to strip 5 min walk & 2 mins to beach going back this year but unfortunatly tour operator could not find apartments but we will be dropping in to say hello Wanda & katie miluk

This hotel is brillant for young groups its not the most luxourious but its clean and tidy and in a perfect location. Its only seconds from the beach and a 5 minute walk from the strip which is perfect. This isnt the best hotel for families as it is really roudy and full of young people.

Unfortunately this hotel is advertised in a first choice brochure with free kids places, so you would assume from the advertising that its a place for kids to be, however this hotel is also advertised with the thomson twentys and the two groups definately dont mix. And as the family and i had no knowledge of zante or indeed laganas before we went, we had no idea what a holiday we were letting ourselves in for. Being a bit more mature in my attitude towards others and with a family you try and live and let live, everyone is on their holidays and deserves to enjoy themselves. However not everyone has the same respect for other people and unfortunately we had a huge group of youngsters there the 2 weeks we were there that certainly had no respect for anyone elses holiday, let alone themselves all they wanted was cheap drink at the pool bar and made the place all in all a bit like a youth hostel. A definate no for anyone who just wants to get away from it all, with a bit of comfort and a friendly atmosphere!!!

Stayed in Laganas and the Natalie hotel for 1 week with 7 other girls, had a brilliant time! The hotel is far from luxurious but for the amount we paid it was clean, tidy and in a perfect location. 30 seconds from the beach and a 3 minute walk to the strip. If you pay this cheap for a holiday you can’t realistically expect a 4* hotel. If you don’t fancy walking down the road way at night, the beach is good. The bad reviews of this hotel are clearly only from married couples or families…why go to Laganas - one of the main destinations First Choice advertises for young holiday makers, with young children or a family?? In the holiday brochures the hotel is clearly stated as being very close to the strip, so drunk youngsters is not surprising!
The cooking facilities were basic. We didn’t use them because there were many nice restaurants along the beach and places to eat cheaply.
The bathroom was clean and tidy, nothing to complain about.
The pool area was very nice, clean. Lots of sun beds and a pool bar.
Overall we had a wicked holiday despite the complaints we had from a family below about our music too loud and miss it loads!

This was my first holiday with 8 of my friends and it was a gooden!! Natalie apartments were nice and basic, didnt really spend much time in them so didnt really matter if they werent state of the art. We were given clean towels and sheets during the week and it was cleaned bout twice while we were there. The apartments are only bout 2 minutes away from the beach which are full of restaurants and bars which are open till late. The main strip is about a 5 minute walk, where u can either walk along the beach or along the road, however, the road is pitch black at night so would not recommend walking down there on your own. The hotel is not a family hotel as it is situated right near the night life in Laganas. As a group of 8 girls, we were leavin the hotel at about 12 at night and not comin home till the early hours of the mornin. We did make a few people angry but what do you expect, we're on our holidays!! Would not recommend this hotel for people with young kids or who want a relaxing holiday. Overall, this was an amazing holiday, and would definatly return to the natalie!!

Horrible to be back in England, miss our holdiay so much, and im glad to say it was the hotel that made the holiday! Our rooms were basic but had everything we needed, air con worked wonders, toilet worked, shower worked, beds were comfortable, view from the balcony was fantastic. The position of the hotel in Laganos couldn't of been any better, 1 second away from the beach, and 5 minute walk away from the strip, fantastic for teenagers who like to party every night and enjoy themselves, and not a good location for the families. Would not recomend this hotel to families, as it is extremely obvious that you will get young teenagers crawling in early hours of the morning, however all part of the experience, and made the holiday. Swimming pool was average size, but just what we needed, had music playing 24/7 from the bar which also made our holiday, becuase whats a holiday without loud music???? Hotel was devoted to young teenagers who wanted to be near the strip but not on it, and you would be crazy to think of taken a family to a hotel so close to clubs and bars. Definitely one for the big groups of people, and one to miss for the oldies!

Had a wicked holiday! The rooms were basic but clean and had a nice balcony and the people who owned the hotel were really nice. Dont judge the hotel on previous reviews as its not a family hotel which should have been pretty obvious as its in Laganas 5 mins from the strip and therefore obviously people are going to be coming back late, if you cant handle it go to an actual proper family hotel and dont head for the party part of zante, common sense really. Overall we had a brilliant holiday and wouldn't hesitate to go back!

I dont think we have ever stayed in a hotel just quite as bad as this one, and we have been on a number of holidays abroad. Having been in rhodes 2 yrs previously unfortunately i expected all greek islands and hotels to be of the same standards, how wrong was i?? This hotel is badly run, badly in need to repair, badly situated next to what is almost the greek equivalent to the M6, and badly advertised with free kids places in the sunset brochure, this is no place for kids!! The beach it claims to be 20m from is stinking, in the morning it is littered with cans bottles newspapers and cigarrette ends from the party goers from the night before. The hotel actually faces straight onto an alley way which featured in the daily record a short while ago affectionately known as "RAPE ALLEY", as people have been attacked going along it, we heard of at least 3 people mostly drunk that had been attaked coming along there at night.
The hotel was full of youngsters who would be out drinking all night, coming home at all hours wakening everyone without care, the hotels so called security was totally unconcerned by this, so really unless you were spending money at their pool bar they werent interested in you, why should you need to sleep at night that wasnt their problem!!
Unfortunately the pool too was a let down it is the size of a postage stamp and as the sign at the front of the hotel says open to all, so you get the local kids coming on to and takin over the whole pool taking peoples lilos and helping themselves to anything you may have been unfortunate enough to leave lying about, this is true of the beach also where the local kids even come up and ask if they can use your stuff to go out in the water etc.
Really this is no hotel for families, its a hotel for people who want to go on holiday to drink for 2 weeks solid come in at 6 in the morning making as much noise as possible to wake everyone in ear shot, then maybe you would give it 10/10 !!!!!!!!!

What a nightmare, our holiday in this hotel started off bad and just got worse and worse during the fortnight we were there. How a hotel of this standard can be actually be advertised in a holiday brochure is beyond me. Really you would be better staying in a wooden hut on the beach. The rooms are dirty grabby and badly in need of repair, the cleaners are needing sacked, the furniture needs burning and replaced, thats if the whole place doesnt actually go up in flames due to the faulty wiring in the sockets and fixtures. The smoke alarms in the rooms are placed above the "self catering facilities" the 2 rusty broken rings the call cooking facilites. The fire extinguishers outside reception were out of date and had no pressure in them so really all in all, if you want to stay in this hotel you are risking more than having a rubbish holiday.
Also this is not a family hotel dont be fooled by the free kids places the brochure offers you as its full of drunken idiots who only want to stay there so they can be close to the pubs and clubs, which dont shut til 6am so be prepared for night upon night of no sleep when they come staggering in and wakening the whole complex!
Thats if you can actually get to sleep if you are unlucky enough to be in a room at the front of the hotel which sits right on a very busy busy road, the traffic on it runs all night and i mean all night, tankers trucks taxis and quad bikes all of whom drive up this raod constanly sounding there horns, it must be custom over there!
If i could have given this hotel less than 1/10 i would have but unfortunately they dont have a lower score.
