The Imperial Hotel is situated by the Brighton and Hove seafront, within minutes of Brighton's town centre, Conference Centres, Royal Pavilion, Piers and the famous Lanes. The hotel features 76 bedrooms, combining 21st century facilities with 19th century grandeur. Great care has been taken to create an interior, which enhances the magnificent architecture of the building. All bedrooms are en-suite, many with sea views. The hotel boasts a superb restaurant, Hamilton's which is decorated in distinctive tones of smoked blue and yellow. Hamilton's offers a tempting and varied range of dishes.

Have stayed there at least 5 times and would stay there again. Many hotels in Brighton won't let you book a room for a single night at the weekend, but the Imperial will.
Good service, pleasant rooms and a nice English breakfast. Only downsides are that it's not the cheapest hotel around (I paid £120 for a double room on a Saturday night last time) and the heating is usually kept a bit too warm for my taste.
The Imperial is in walking distance from the centre of Brighton and from Hove railway station, but I've found that taxis are cheap and plentiful anyway.
I've stayed in many Brighton hotels but this is one I keep going back to.
