Race for sun beds

To have a sun bed people were getting up at 0700hrs waiting in line for the doors to open at 0830hrs,then having to run to put a towel on a bed.They were also hiding by the pool toilets incase the security guard seen them and loocked the door,it was like young children... more

Just returned from a great holiday to Tenerife staying at the Palm Beach Club in Playa De Las Americas. After reading some of the stories on Tripadvisor I was a bit dubious but was really suprised on some peoples opinions. The place is fantastic. I had a 1 bedroom apartment that sleeps 4 people and booked privatley through a company in the UK called TSL which were excellant and gave all the correct information, ie location, conditions, good restaurants, beach locations etc etc. Dont be put off by all that you read try it and see for... more

I am 13 and I have been going to Palm Beach Club since I was 2 and I go almost every year. I love it and when I'm older my dad will be putting my name onto the timeshare we have so I can go with my friends on my own. I think it's a perfect place for families with young children and teenagers and for young adults, I've heard from my 3 older brothers that the nightclubs are good! OH MY GOD, i dont know how anyone can say they didnt enjoy there stay at palm beach! i have been going there 4 11 years! (went sept '05 and jan '06 aswell) i absolutly love it there!! maybe the appartments are pretty basic but do you really go on holiday 2 sit in the apartments all day??? Just came back from the Palm Beach in Las Americas. Not impressed at all. This resort has RCI International Distinction, but in my view does not deserve it and RCI should remove it or at least not renew it. I stayed in a 2 bed apartment which was ridiculously small. The furnishings had obviously not be replaced in a decade or so. The place looked as though it had hardly been touched since the 80s. i have stayed at the plam beach club 5 times now because my family own a timeshare there. Its a nice base in tenerife, the atmosphere is pleasant, the facilities are plenty and everything you need is on your doorstep. what makes it a great place is the people there. The staff are incredibly friendly, espacially at 6am in the morning when they have to decipher drunken speech, not to mention that there is a particularly charming barman. more

We had a ball and were well catered for despite our reservations regardimg age, these fears were unfounded as much to our delight people of all ages joined together to have a good time and we/they succeeded. Would recommend the Palm Beach Club to all looking to chill out and relax!! more

I have been visiting Palm Beach club since i was 18 months old, with my Grandmother who owns a timeshare there, as does my father, and uncle. we visit each year as a family and know nearly everyone who stays at the hotel in the weeks we are present. I love the place!!! my grandparents room is situated on the beach front, so every evening theres a beautiful sunset. I am fourteen years old and have been to Tenerife almost every year. The staff are extremely friendly and the rooms are amazing. The pool is lovely to play in or just to float on pool toys. The food tastes exquisite and there is plenty to go around. The beach is not far to walk to and is worth a visit. The cabarets at night are fun and include things for the children as well.
