everything everyone have said about this hotel is true,we went out for breakfast down the greasy spoon lovely full english for £1.50,don.t ,be put off by the name it is nice,i did hear they are knocking the pineta down by the end of the year,and not before time

staff NOT friendly / food poor / only 3 choices of alicolic drinks only / rooms not cleaned daily /do not serve effes /chicken not cooked

Arrived late at night and sent to other hotel which was filthy, as no room ready for us at the Pineta. Returned bach next morning and still no room available, had to wait till lunch time before finally shown to a room which was disgusting. Rang our rep and emergency number... more

The hotel is not that bad. The rooms are basic, but clean and include air con, fridge and hair dryer. The food was freshly prepared, but is turkish type food, so if you only want British type food best to avoid. The staff were helpfull and friendly. Respect them they... more

Have just come back from this hotel and found it very good. The room was basic but clean. The staff were very helpful. Plus the food was very good. Don't know why all the complaints.
