we arrived at 5 in the morning we were took to our room in pitch dark no lights were on when we got to our room which we paid to upgrade we were looking at a derelict ground we asked to be moved was told to go back to reception at 12 went back got the key and it was 2 by the time we got into it as the cleaners had nt been in when we finally got in there was mould all over in the bathroom the sheets were nt the cleanest the towels were disgusting and i don t think the cleaner had even hoovered when we went for our evening meal i have never been so disapointed the food was absolutley disgusting it was inedible and we had our 3 year old child with us she would nt touch it so we ended up eating out for the whole week we were there and spent a fortune the staff were so miserable there was water all over the floors if you told the staff they just brushed it off there was 3 accidents while we were there resulting in broken bones through water being on the floors but it still did nt make them mop it up other than the weather which was beautiful there was nothing good about this holiday total hotel disaster never again especially at this hotel which we were told was a 4 star it would nt have made a 2 star

what can i say.... every review on here is right....please dont go here... this was my first ever holiday and was looking forward to it....from this experience i will never go away again...i can home last week from a week all exclusive...no entertainment,bad food awful smell,rude staff.....and 2 girls raped in park while we were there...frigtening stuff had to eat out spend all my money and had to borrow from friends,the children that was with us couldnt even stomach the food..resulting in one friend having murders with the hotel staff and chef...the queue for the thomas cook rep was full of angry people demanding to be moved,downgraded from a 4 star to a 1 star while we was there and watchdog were filming there and the day we were flying home...yippee....there was talk of the place being condemed!!!i was so upset i cryed for the first 3 days and asked for an early flight home.....

This hotel is the worst hotel i have ever had the unfortunate pleasure to stay in...the staff are rude... the food is not even fit for a dog..the drinks are the same!!! The whole place smelt very mad and all in all i would think prisons are more desirable!!! Dont stay here believe everything you read i went with a open mind and now not only would i never go to this hotel i would never go to turkey either!!!!!!! I went to have a nice break from operations and troubles and have came back more depressed than when i left!!!!

i been 2 turkey 3 times this was worse hotel i ever stay in food awful had 2 change our bed linen after 4 days as was never change restraunt was dirty it was all inclusive the snack bar only opened 2pm till 4pm there was no icescream 4 children and the only drink u could have was vodka gin raki or lager if u dont like ckicken or fish dont go or take a hefty wallet to eat out unless u want a bad stomach

This hotel is the worst hotel in the world. I read all the reviews before I came and didn't think it could be that bad but it was worse. The food was inedible. We paid for all inclusive but couldn't eat at the hotel so had to eat out every day. The amount of money we spent on food and accommodation, we could have stayed in a 5star hotel rather than this crappy one. And it was a 2star but then got downgraded to a 1 star while we were there and by the end of the hol thomas cook said they wouldnt be using that hotel at all next year. My friend was in a hotel room on her own but didn't have any lock at all on her door, I was in a room on my own and only had a broken lock. Reception staff were very rude. Entertainment staff very sleazy and people constantly complained all holiday about how rubbish it was. Blokes from off the street were allowed in the hotel and stalked female guests even tho women made it clear they didn't want their attention. Security very bad and food absolutely disgusting!!

Me and my partner have just arrived back from a week all inclusive and was appauled by everything we arrived at early hours of the morning and just wanted to have a shower and go to sleep, the room was disgusting more like a cheep bedsit you would pay like £5 a night, the bed was like a mattress on the floor not a bed! mould growing everywere, dirty air-con, I could go on and on but basically all these reviews are true, the food was vile would'nt feed to a dog and made me sick for days the water was vile, we got stuck in the lift doors wouldnt open lights went out and the worse thing is there was no emergency button we had to scream and shout for help, holiday was booked through with HOLIDAY MATE rep was rubbish, PLEASE I WARN YOU DONT GO HERE IT NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN ITS A DISCRASE!!!!!! Although I would recommend Turkey its a beautiful Country

I came to this hotel with 3 other adults and a child and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy it was awful. We booked an all inclusive holiday nd we ate out every day for breakfast lunch and dinner and ended up struggling with money, one of the choice of food gave u an electric shock when trying to pick up the food nd when we told staff they did nothing. The staff were very rude and at were at one point serving drinks while drunk. The glasses plates nd cultery were stinking e.g. one glass still had lipstick on it when served to us. When u complained to the reception they were not interested. Food choice was terrible especially for children I couldn't believe it. They rooms weren't cleaned properly nd the sheets weren't changed. When we arrived in our rooms at early hours of the morning ther was not a bed ther for the child that was in our group and we waited for the bed for an hour and then the lights didn't work which took another hour to sort as they didn't get anyone to come to room for a job that would take 10 minutes.
However do not b put off turkey as it was a lovely place nd the excursions were amazing just stay away from this hotel.

We have just returned from a 2 week All Inclusive Holiday at the Club Pineta. Read some of the reviews before we went and thought some people have too high expectations but was I wrong!
I list below the things we found
Grey towels
Holes in towels
Frayed towels
Ripped sheets
Dirty Glasses which were never cleaned or replaced during the whole holiday
Insufficient glasses & towels
Small beds my 14 year old son is 6ft tall and his feet stuck out the bottom of the bed
Previous guests clothes left on floor in room.
Hole in wall
No plus in wash hand basin or bath
Black mould in bathroom
Black mould on balcony
Concrete wall instead of sea view
Noise from Mosque next door all hours of the day and night.
Noise from cockerill outside room in early hours each morning.
Putrid smell at Sundowner bar which I was reliably informed was stale beer.
Ineffective air conditioning in room and dining room.
Dirty and ripped carpets
Offensive and violent guests using foul abusive language in front of children and fights most nights.
Poor and minimal entertainment.
Poor quality food and lack of choice.
Dirty plates at snack bar.
Rep no use
Do not book this hotel and even if you have pay to change otherwise you will regret it!

I Have just returned from a 1 week all inclusive here,
This hotel is a JOKE...do not go here if you have children
1. Staff are rude and very perverted
2. food makes you ill
3 wires out the walls
4. playground with broken equipment (very bad broken slide)
5. stained sheets
6. dirty bathroom
7. watered down drinks
8. no air con... except in bedroom
9. Made my son sick with food poisioning (he was sick in a hall way, on a carpet, we told the staff and it still wasnt cleaned 4hrs later)
10. mosque playing out loud prayers at 4am
11. cleaners dont clean room properly e.g didnt hover
12. Rip off supermaket prices (except fags)
13. very dirty
14. plates and cups dirty
the weather was beautiful and turkey is a beautiful country but this hotel should not be stayed in....

On arrival we come on early morning the lights where all off we could not see where we where going the staff didn't show us where are rooms are.We had 2 rooms we whated 2 rooms next door to each other with pool views but we only got one with pool view we didn't get the rooms next door to each other.Unfortunatly we all had a reason to complain included dirty stained towels with faeces,sheets black stain makes.Bathrooms dirty cracked tikes,mouldy shower curtains,toilets brushes filled with faeces.The air con was not blowing cold air out it was blowing hot air out.The lifts wre always breaking down and you would ofter come across someone who got stuck in on for 20 mins.My teeneage girl and her teenage boy got stuck in the lift for 1 hour the bell was not working.And 2 five year olds got stuck as well.When we turned the shower on the shower keep on flooding the floor and the tub.All around the toilt was sstained and rusting the toilet looked like it has not been cleaned.The fridge was not clean.And we only got are beds charged ones when we been there for 2 weeks.The pools were disres becasue there where sharp and broken tiles and grills all around it.A galon of chlorine was being put into the pool during the day whilst it was full of adults and children - Im no expect but im pretty sure that is unsafe and should be done at night when it is empty.Faeces were found in the pool just fished out.The food was absolutely dis and disgusting and inedibe and every single thing what me and my husband and kids eat it upset owr stommaches.The same food was served all day everyday what ever was not eaten in the morning or at dinner was re-heated and served agian at the snack bar or for tea.It was the same food chicken,chips,nuggets,fish.THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN I T IS NOT A FOR STAR IT IS A 1 STAR.
