john and jenny here stay here all the time wer here in september 2011 going back out on sunday on sun 5th feb 2012 wouldnt stay anyware else.phill the enertainer is great crack around the pool is brilliant with children and wev made a friend for life wit him.
francis in the pool bar a gentleman out and out runs the bar and the restauraunt great personality speaking with people.
vincent another bar man great waiter.looking forward to going out their soon.

Had just returned from Puerto Rico, great hotel, nice tidy rooms, everything looks like new, maid clean rooms every 2, 3 days. Apartament are on the Hill but still very close to the city centre and close to the beach of Puerto Rico, food in Revoli restaurant is very nice, but I didn't like breakfast, meaby couse' there were an english style ;) pool very nice clean. Nite enterteiment was nice :)I definitly could reccomend this hotel and Puerto Rico sooo nice :)) Just love it!!

Just stayed in the Revoli for a week with a party of 10 people (5 couples)
Stayed here last year at the same time. Thought the apartments were great in 2010 but they have exceeded all my expectations in 2011. Having had a major refurbishment they are tastefully decorated through out. Air conditioning was brilliant. Staff at reception very helpful especially Julio. Will definitely be returning to the Revoli and will be recomending them to my friends.

lovely hotel, all just been re-done. pool is fanstastic. staff really nice as is the food. puerto rico is a beautiful place, beaches gorgeous.

We have just returned on Thu 1st September 2011 from a fabulous holiday here.
We are a family of four with 2 sons aged 6 and 9.
After initial teething problems as just had several million pound refit we had to move apartments and was done to our satisfation due to very good customer service by both staff and rep.
Throughout our stay nothing was too much trouble from entertainer to reception, restaurant/bar staff.
Now that this is been refurbed I would not hesitate in recommending to any family to stay here.

Bad manners.
Is just came home for a short while ago. I went to Revoli Playa Aparthotel, Puerto Rico. I had stayed there a while ago with my young children. While I watched the childres at the pool, I wrote quite a few postcards. At the reception I paid for the stamps and they insisted, and ensure that the postcards would be delivered by mail. Not a single one of the postcards arrived, the hotel has just thrown them in the garbage. Now when I was going to the Revoli to tell about it to the management - they would not meet me. Was even more unkind as well. Bad sevice, bad manners and poor management. Do not stay here.

I stayed there in june 2010 it was amazing the reception is fantastic .everynight there was something new on down stairs .Jonathon the rep was very kind and was very nice to all kids .I wouldnt recomend for couple but for people with kids gooo.I hve to say nut some of the women staff were a bit ignerant but on tp of that it was brilliant.only 5-10 min walk to beach and shops and to the rightof the buildin just up the road is a big supermarket there is just one hill witch is on the way up to the hotel ...the rooms are fantastic lots of space and the balcony is lovely ..... i would advise everyone to go on the boat trip down bythe beach and the little restraunt lookin over the beach as it was low in price..the pool was lovely and warm but dempatures was 48 degrees all week but tha was in june ......if u are looking for a relaxing holiday with your kids this is the place AMAZING LOVED IT AND IM VERY FUSSY ...

Hi I am just back from the revoli after visiting with a party of 17 women.The place itself is clean rooms clean.However we had a terrible experience last Monday when there was a man found at the end of the pool.One of the women with me Mary did first aid on him and managed to get the man back breathing.However there was no life guard there a young man that operated the hut giving out mattresses ect did help a little also.Mary was fantastic but didnt even get a thanks for her amazing efforts.It took 20 mins for an ambulance to arrive i wouldnt want to get sick over there thats for sure.When mary went to get a bottle of water from the poolside bar after her terrible ordeal she had to pay for it.I think it was scandalous i also believe the owner of the hotel was not informed of what happened until later on in the week.It was all kept very hush hush.The staff were ignorant and not a bit helpful except for gary who organised the games and entertainment.There is a dip in the middle of the pool that is very deep with no warning signs so be careful its NOT all the one level.Anyway i wont be returning here.I only hope the man is alright as we didnt hear anything after.

yesterday morning my partner and i returned from probably one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in,when we arrived at around 3ish in the morning we were greeted by a large cockroach in one of the cupboards and no air conditioning, which we later found out we had to pay for a unit for 35 euros, the bedroom was fithy and infested with ants because the floor hadn't been swept for weeks by the looks of it, i ended up with so many bites i had to go out and buy some cream, we eventually found a rep ben i belive, to complain about these problems including the fridge being so frozen up you couldnt shut the door and the fact it was over heating, and he said he would get onto someone up to sort them out, but no one ever bothered to show up,we also found the bar staff very rude and arrogant ,the pool side was clean but the sunbeds were very close together squashed in like sardines!!,the entertainment was good with a large variety of things to do,resort center wasnt bad either plenty of bars and restarants to choose from,the beach was nice only ten minutes from the hotel, aside from being hassled by the reps wanting to sell us excusions or timeshares ,although we liked the resort the hotel is one we most definatly wont be returning to again.

Returned home on saturday 14th of august 2010.We enjoyed our stay here and hope to return again.We were on the 5th floor room 506.Location was good as we were only 10 min walk from shopping center,with only one hill to climb on the way back,not too bad after you get used to it.Apartment was clean,beds
ok,you have a t.v. which was coin operated for some channels,fresh towels every second day.We found the balcony ok for catching some sun in the afternoon.The staff were very helpful and friendly,especially Paco and Michel who helped me locate our suitcase which did not arrive until the wednesday.They were able to give me the informtion i required which unfortunately the two rep's could not.To be honest these two individuals were very poor with their assistance.Four days of mis information and been told to wait in our apartment in case the suitcase arrived as we had to sign for it.Each day we were told it was going to arrive and then nothing.Eventually they gave me back my reciept and told me to see reception,which by the way i was told were useless.Well nothing could be further from the truth,these two lads were able to make the right calls and within an hour I knew my case was on its way and at last our holiday could start.To make it worse the rep's did not even know the case had arrived the next day when they asked us.I found that Bianca and Ben very poor at their job in problem solving and pointed this out to their supervisor which i asked to see.At least Bianca was mature enough to come and talk to me and offer some recompense(we took the late check out) which still didn't make up for the four days we lost.Ben did not even look at us for the rest of holiday(very immature for this job).They were the only negative.The two pools were clean and ample space for sunbeds.Breakfast area was clean and good selection on offer.Two different menus on offer,snack menu for the day time and one for the evening time.Good selection on offer.The bar staff were brilliant and even took time to play with the children(even though they they were busy).Many thanks to Francis and his team which included Esther,Marco,Pablo and Samuel,sorry i cannot remember all the names.As for the entertainment,well what can i say........Johnathon was brilliant.There were activities during the day at the pool i.e. aerobics,water polo then killer pool and table tennis competions.Kiddes disco and games at night before the shows would start,these were also very enjoyable,and last but not least the bingo.Cannot say enough good about Johnathon as he was very friendly and always took time out in the morning to go around the pool to say hello to everyone and last thing at night to have a quick chat to make sure everyone was having a good time.
