Dobruja Hotel

Imaginatively designed, this hotel is both centrally located and very close to the beach. The a-la-carte restaurant is situated on the 17th floor of the hotel, and Cafe Panorama, with it’s enormous selection of cakes coffees and cocktails is on the 15th floor. The hotel also benefits from the Spa and Health centre which has been fully renovated.
