My self and my friend have now stayed at the Manolya Hotel since Sept 2001, two weeks and even three and four weeks.
We found the hotel was very nice and local to everything we needed. We liked the beech and going out in the evening. The staff were allways 100% helpful.
We would give them 95 from 100.

Magnificent Manolya from RobertFenner
We stayed at the Manolya for 2 weeks in the Spring, nice temperature and not too crowded. Had a great time. Made to feel very welcome - We thought it represented great value for money. Staff were helpful and the service brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Our room had great sea views, and first-rate facilities, satellite TV, fridge etc. The Hotel is well situated to explore the many local attractions and Kyrenia is not far away. The hotel is clean and serves good food. There is a fantastic swimming pool over looking the sea, you can swim in the sea from the hotel and there is a small sandy beach right there. Certainly if we want to go to Cyprus again (we don't often go to the same place twice, otherwise you never see the world before its too late !) we will definitely use the Manolya again.

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday at the Manolya. The hotel was great and the service brilliant. Our room which we thought excellent value for money, Had magnificent Sea Views, and first-rate facilities. Mini Bar, Satellite T.V. etc: The staff and management were extremely helpful on all occasions. The Hotel is ideally situated to explore the many locally attractions and the town of Kyrenia is only 10 Min’s away. We will definitely return again for another holiday this summer 2008.

The Manolya hotel is quite a nice spot to relax. My boyfriend and I stayed ther for a few days in late May 2007. The room and views were lovely, the breakfast was just ok. Our only major problem was that the hotel and surrounding area were like a ghost town in May. I would reccommend this hotel for the traveller looking to get away from the hustle bustle. The town of Kyrenia is a good twenty minutes away from the hotel and it is essential to rent a car if you are staying this area. All in all great value for money.. however don't order bacon at breakfast you'll pay through the nose.

My wife and i stayed at this hotel in October 2005, never again.The first room we were allocated was small and cramped. We changed rooms the following day to a slightly bigger room with better outlook. But it was a bit grubby and not very well looked after. Furniture well past its sell - by date. We found coachroaches under the bed. the linen didn't seem to be changed very often. Breakfast buffet , what there was of it, stale and boring, very little choice. Very noisy late at njght, they seemed to have students staying there.Wife made the mistake of forgetting to take her purse with her on one occassion. (Left hidden in drawer). Later discovered half of her money had been taken. Management not very interested.The whole experience has put me off going to Northern Cyprus again. Would not recommend to an enemy, let alone a friend. Never Again.

Hubby, daughter and fiance and I stayed here September 2006 for two weeks on half board. Everything - hotel, flights taxi to and from airport and hire car booked through hotel. Long flight via Izmir, Turkey, 5 1/2 hrs arrived late night. Hotel bedrooms need updating, tried three rooms before aircon worked but that aside staff very friendly, service good. Excellent food, plentiful and turkish meza amazing. Large swimming pool which is bracing! Large terrace right on sea edge, swim from ladder from rocks, very clear water. Small, sandy beach 5min walk, pay for sunbeds. Very peaceful area, not too touristy, several small restaurants nearby. Would recommend the Manolya Hotel for its value for money, friendly staff, peaceful setting and good weather in Sept.
Friendly and Honest from A TripAdvisor Member
We have stayed twice at this hotel and also elsewhere in North Cyprus. There are several five-star hotels in the area, but these lack true North Cypriot hospitality. That was the reason we came here and luckily we found it at Manolya. Although it is 12 kilometers out of town there is a good Dolmus [taxi-sharing] service and taxis are cheap and plentiful. When we stayed there breakfast was freshly made, always traditional but at your request the staff would serve you anything you wanted. We found that all the staff members were friendly and courteous and above all, very honest.
