The staff are disgusting, rude and absolutely not interested in being there. The food is disgusting, the pool is a stagnant pond, they don’t turn the pumps on as it’s too expensive, the rooms are rancid.
I was completely eaten alive by bed bugs, the told me it was mosquitoes, but the bites were all on my back which I was sleeping on at the time. The place really only exists for the mainland Turks that come over to gamble in the casino, they are really only interested in the casino trade, like many of the resorts in northern Cyprus.
My 2 yr old son contracted full blown salmonela from this place, pool water? food? combination? the shower in the rooms are awful, moss on the taps, rusty fittings. Place needs to be bulldozed.
If I could score this place in minus numbers I would. On top of all that when I complained that the pool pump is off and that there were dead flies, cutlery from the evening entertainment in the pool, and a sheen of gunk across the surface they had the gall to tell me that it’s too costly to run the pumps all day.
When I complained further the manager became very confrontational to the point that I reached over the reception desk and dragged him back to finish the argument. Please save your hard earned money and AVOID this place at all costs.
