stayed there this december never again stunk of sewages and foul rotton eggs woken up in mornings without alarm clock the smell of rotton eggs did that. dont go there. the rooms were cleaned every day and cleaners very nice but my bedding was only changed once all week , i was there while cleaning and only saw them make the bed

Avaoid this hotel like the plague. If you choose not to do so you are likely to be cheated and given an apartment in Paradaiso II which is inferior and cheaper.(Nothing better than a slum area).Oh and forget about getting a refund. The place is a run down joint. Broken... more

The apartments are dirty, shabby and completely unsecure. There were cockroaches in the apartment and the inside of the kitchen cupboards were black and mouldy. The door didn't lock so during the one night we stayed there we had to sleep with passports under our pillows.... more

excellent place to stay from A TripAdvisor Member
i was in tenerife in sept 04 and we stayed in these apartments.. very centrally located and the rooms whilst there basic enough they were clean and were cleaned regularly.. very convient to restaurants and an excellent chinese just a few doors down.. the bar was the only fault i found with the place the entertainment a bit boring and entertainment not great (irish bars in town made up for that tho) overall very good

Myself and my wife stayed here in July 05. The first night in our room (which as tired and outdated) was a nightmare. Heard noises all night which i couldnt explain. The next morning on investigation there was black rice crispies everywhere! or so I thought..Mice droppings! In the Cupboards, on the floor, no wonder there are wild cats everywhere! We complained and got moved straight away. Second room was bearable. The pool side had broken glass and fag ends everywhere. It is described as family friendly in the brochure. More 18-30! A well run low budget apartments, clean and but rooms alittle need of updating which is starting to be done,studio rooms only have twin ring hot plates and no toaster or electric kettle, But shower great very hot water and bathroom very clean, due to very rainy days there was a lot of water in puddles outside door which you had to paddle through to get in and out, Excellent bar staff and the entertainments host called Yasmia is excellent, If want a veiw from your room make sure it,s the top apartment not on the ground floor... more
