this is an excellent hotel family ran 15 mins walk to the beach front the hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious i would reccomend this hotel to anyone the pools are large and the is also a good size baby pool the staff are great especially volkan and bryan with a y.

Myself and my family (there was 18 of us there !!) all stayed at the albatros apartments for 2 weeks , it was lovely , nice , very very friendly staff , very clean , never went to the beach but the local shops and bars were not that far away about 5 minuites walking... more

I went to Turkey for the first time with my 2 mates and 1 of my mates had been to Turkey the year before so she decided to choose the Hotel for us as the ones she seen before didnt look so good! Well im glad we left her to it as Albatros was ace!!! just returned from Marmaris and was staying at the Albatros Apartments located roughly 15 minutes from the busy town centre of Marmaris. Right Then, where do i start.. when we arrived at 6 in the morning, we were greeted nicely by the owner, he helped us with luggage and so on. after we sorted our selves out we went down to check the pool, which we thought to be lovely. so we got our towels and put them down, (at about 7.30). we done this 4 the 1st 3 days. after that we needed lie ins, bcoz getting up earlyy is hard. its impossible to get a sunbed if u get up later than 9 o clock, FACT!!!! Stayed at the Albatros apartsments as a last minute thing after original holiday company went bust!!! We booked a one bedroom apartment and when got there after carrying 3 cases up 2 flights of stairs!! found a large 2 bedroom apartment which was clean and bright, the apartment had 2 balconys. There are 2 buildings and 2 pools the second smaller pool is always quiet and could always get a sunbed. The beds and towels where changed often. If you looking for clean appartments and friendly staff you should choose 'Albatros Apart' for your stay in Marmaris, Turkey. Clean and big swimming pool, restaurant with yummy food and 'Turkish Night' every Tuesday. 15 min walk away from the beach, 15 min away from beach nightclubs or 25 min walk away from 'Bar Street'. 10 min walk away from Thursday market where you can buy some fresh fruit, cheese or bread as well as your souvenirs. Highly recommended!!! more

After a rather exhausting journey with delays and a regular detour for the shuttle bus driver to have his dinner (at 2.30am when everyone just wanted to get to their apartment) we were welcomed and taken to our apartment which was clean, bright and with very comfortable beds. The cooking facilities are not really designed for a lot of use. A two ring electric hob and only one ring worked. Still, a kettle and hairdryer are working perfectly. Nice clean hotel , maid came every day to change sheets and clean the room . Staff all very friendly and helpful, Large pool area, was quiet when we went in september so plenty of sunbes available. Hotel not central but close walking distance, about fifteen minutes to the beach . I also found this a bonus as the hotel was tucked away so it was only hotel guests who used the pool . Food and drink cheap ,with a little shop next door. No complaints about the hotel , would go back again. more

We have just returned from Albatros Apts after a 2 week holiday for 2 adults and 2 kids aged 12 and 16 . We found the Apts very clean and very spacious . Air conditioning is only in the bedroom so therefore does not keep any other areas cool and is also quite expensive at £35 a week.The apts are family owned and they cannot do enough to make your stay an enjoyable one.The pool snackbar served really nice food at reasonable prices .The swimming pool was a decent size with plenty of sunbeds and the whole area was very clean and tidy . Very nice clean hotel. Both pool areas kept immaculate. Food was great although did on occasion take a while to come but as we weren't going anywhere it didn't bother us. Staff were very helpful always cheerful and could never do enough to help. The apartments are located away from the main drag but are within eas waking distance. We will be back and have booked for jul 2005. more
