This hotel is a dream is loved every min the staff are very friendly and funny they made my stay. I work as a travel agent for Bookable holidays and was taken by Libra on a educational trip Libra could not do enough, I rate them very highly from other tour operators.
Out of all the hotels in the coral bay resort this is the best by far there all rated as 5 but they range against each other from 3-5 this ones the best in the resort prestige has its own golf cars to take you around so you don’t need to wait for the buses witch run every few min.
Everything you’ll need is in the coral bay resort you don’t really need to leave although I recommend going into Naama bay. The hotel has its own private beach where you are given towels, they come round with fruit drinks and by the pool they have buzzer buttons to order so you don’t even need to get up, very posh all facilities are open to you when staying in the prestige the only extra is any massages you may want to have.
The spa is opposite the hotel and you can see it, as is the beach just at the bottom of the shallow steeped hill. They have a sea water pool if you fancy a dip without going in the sea. The taxis from the town aren’t allowed in the coral bay resort the security is wonderful if you feel at all worried of Egypt its self at the moment they drop you off at the first gate and you walk to the second where you are met by the bus. Definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

The pool is lovely and clean and the private beach was also very nice, every so often you get complimentary cool towels and melon juice and sparkling wine.
If you stay in Prestige you get unlimited access to the beach buggies which take you round the resort and drop you off anywhere you wish to go.
We ate out in most places while staying in the resort. The Manager at Coral Bay was also excellent - we went there a few times for breakfast, there was no melon left one day but he went to the next hotel and got it and brought it back for me.
There are shops that are above the casino, to be honest they are little shacks selling t-shirts and stuff. We went up a couple of times. I came across two men who owned these little shacks who were overly keen to rub massage oil into my arms - don't do this - they just want there hands to wander!!! They have nothing to do with the resort staff so I don’t think they are professional enough to be situated in a five star resort!!!
Went to the Casino a couple of times, which was good fun.
It is an Italian resort which was mostly Russian / Italian tourists!
There is taxi's that sit outside the main gates of the hotel, ask for Zoom Zoom, he will take you to anywhere you want to go. Definitely make a trip to Naama Bay, good nightlife for young and old. Overall lovely hotel and surrounding area - had a great time but probably wouldn’t go back - so many nice hotels would try something different! Only met one couple who spoke English and unfortunately they were leaving the next day!
