Happy Days Studios

just come back from Malia and stayed in Happy Days Studios. The studios were clean and large and had everything that we needed. The staff go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and are all very friendly. Although the season had not yet started the staff (Georgia, Dina and the Chris's) made it an excellent holiday. Would definately recommend this hotel to friends and i am also planning on staying here again in August.

Been there once going back for many more!!! Happy Days is the best place I’ve been on holidays to. Me and 14 friends had an amazing time. Chris, Dina and Georgia seem to be there 24 7 just to make your holidays one to remember. The bar is open all the time with the largest cocktail and fishbowl selection and they also serve yammy snacks and breakfast. Never had a better laugh it was the best way to start and finish our night. Best value for money is BBQ night on which you have a massive meal, a great laugh and karaoke. Dina is the BBQ queen (stay on her good side)!!! About the rooms the maids are doing a good job keeping the place clean but they were waking us up toooooo early. They have everything you might need on your holidays in there TV, air-con etc. The rest of the staff is ok be aware of the night watch he is strict but a good guy once you get to know him. We are off to book again for summer 2010!!! See you there!!!!!!!!!!!!!

12 girls in one hotel in Malia! We had a blast in Happy Days and we are defo goin back!!! Chris, Dina and Georgia were there all day and all night long to help out, serve food and drinks allways with a smile on their faces. BBQ night was the best and we didn't want it to end. Bar is serving drinks and food at really reasonable prices and they also do happy hour every night which was the best thing before you hit the town.
The rooms are kept clean and tidy, they change the sheets twice a week and if you need anything they will help you out. Two swimming pools to chill and a lot of sunbeds allthough you have to fight for them after midday.
Dimitris looked after us at night, he is the sweetest guy alive even though he gave me into trouble a few times when I was bein loud. They have noise rules shich are fare enough and if you stick by them you are ok.
Warren was the best rep ever! We bought his trips and they were good fun. Malia is great and we are propably goin back next year. Thank you Happy Days!!!!!!!!!

Me and 15 friends stayed in Happy Days for 2 weeks. It was the best holidays we've had so far! Bar staff is very funny, good lough and they keep the bar open 24 7! Good food at reasonable price, happy hour every night, theme nights, BBQ night is the best! Rooms are kept clean, 2 swimming pools to chill in the day time.
Security guard is strict but he is an ok guy if you play along. If you respect their rules you have no problem.
Malia is fantastic steamin night life and cheap boose. Defo recommended!

I took a group of 16 guys for a Lenos Tours annual trip to Malia, we stayed a The Happy Days Studios, the guys behavior was absolutely brilliant, they respected the hotel the staff and other guests to a very high standard. The response from the staff was equally high to a point we all became good friends. The hotel is what I would say is properly run, by asking guests to enjoy themselves, keeping themselves safe and help others to enjoy their time at Happy Days. People need to understand that they are in a foreign country with different traditions and customs, so enjoy yourself but remember where you are, and this family run hotel will help you to have a memorable time.

I stayed in Happy Days on my last holidays with my boyfriend and my overall opinion for this place is the best! Everyone makes you feel very welcome, they are allways there for whatever you may need and of course allways up for a lough withe a smile on their faces. The BBQ night is not to be missed!!! Great food, lots of lough and a good uportunity to meet the other guests and interact with everyone. They sure know how to do it!!!!
The bar is open 20 to 24 hours a day with anything you can think of to eat or drink at reasonable prices. Just be carefull with Dina's cocktails beacause they are leathal...! We spent most of our holiday by the bar, ate and drunk there most of the time and we had such a good time that most of the nights we didn't want to go down town.
The rooms are nice, kept clean with all the basic comforts and more (TV, hair dryer, air con) with nice balcony. I read comments about the maids and let me just say that I'm suprised because they came into our room regularly and we got clean linen.
The pool side has a great atmosphere. It's a well set place with the two pools, the sunbeds, the mini market and the bar. The whole hotel is very clean and tidy.
I also read about the security guard Dimitri, he is good at his job which is to make everyone respect the rules of the hotel. It's only fair to ask to keep it down at 4 or 5 in the morning...
The rep is a good lough as well, we bought some trips of him and we are glad we did.
We have booked to go back back next May, if that tells you anything!

well what can i say ... i had an amaizing time there and i love to go back there again! people were amaizing , really nice. the place was really clean and malia is a beautiful place to go to ! just LOVE it !

Ive just come back from a weeks holiday in Malia staying at the Happy Days Hotel and would like to tell people to IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS!!
Honestly the best holiday EVER!!
The Hotel itself is a lovely family run place where you are made to feel so welcome and involved in everything thats going on!
The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful! Make sure you ask for a 'Dina Special' (and contary to the previous reviews... she will serve you if your female!!)
The rooms are clean and spacious... you have everything you need for a self catering holiday.. not that you would need to cook yourself as the food at the hotel is GORGEOUS! (and really reasonably priced.. and also has what we called 'meal deals')
Theres plenty going on, the sunday BBQ is a MUST! Kareoke, Quiz, Drinking games and lots more!
Also Warren the Libra Rep (Legend of a guy!) has plenty of things organised starting at the hotel and going down into Malia!
I really would recommend this hotel to anyone!
Id just like to say thanks to all the staff at Happy Days... Georgia, Dina, Chris, Dimitri and the Family... Thanks for making our holidays and we'll see you in 2010!

I have been to Malia, Crete a few times before however never like this one! it was amazing!
The hotel, Happy Days was great, had everything we needed. The hotel bar was open for hours even when we got back from our night out, it sold drinks alcholic and soft and a massive range of great tasting food.
The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful and always available to answer any queries.
One great night in particular was a Sunday where the hotel put on a hotel bbq, full of great English and Greek food, to top the night off there was drinking games, quiz and karoke! it was an amazing night! the best one of my holiday and that was all thanks to the great team of Happy Days!!

ive just returned from 1 of the best holidays ever the people we met and best of all the place we stayed made our holiday, we stayed at the happy days studios apartment which is in the old town of malia, 5min walk from the main strip and 10 - 15mins away from the beach, the staff at the hotel are so friendly and welcoming, its a family bussness and the family is so lovely, its the 1st time ive ever been self catering and would do again with my experiance, even with the credit crund goin on this apartment is still affordable, the bar is open 24 hours aday so even after a night out u can still go for a drink with the lovely bartaff, the kitchen is open from 9am til 9.30 pm and the food is beautiful and again affordable, the room i stayed in was for 3 people and a good size with accsess to your own cooking items and tv and hair dryer. the staff love to get u involved and have there own activitive which include a bbq on a sunday with drinking games and karaoke, pool torniments , dart torniments film nights for them who wish to stay in and for all u facebook lovers internet accsess, on a thursday is theme night which every1 dresses up and gets free drinks with again drinking games which every1 takes part in.all the staff ask u to do is to keep your own food and drink in your room or on your balcony which u cnt moan as they have a company to run, im thinking of goin back to malia next year and will be defo stayint there again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
