Happy Days really is happy days five of us had the best weeks holiday ever. After initially visiting Happy Days in May earlier this year just two girls we just had to come again in September bringing three more friends. Big and Little Chris should charge extra for their brilliant witty entertainment that really makes you want to sit at the bar all night. The Family are so helpful and friendly Geogia and Little Chris even took us for a traditional Greek meal that was absolutly gorgeous. The accomodation and pool is clean and tidy, good for non swimmers with a decent shallow end. The food was always spot on and you must get Little Chris to make his special ice cream chocolate milkshake!Will be there next year with more friends.

This holiday was the second time stopping at Happy Days and it just keeps getting better and better. I can't understand the bad reviews as the staff are just fantastic and so friendly.
Big Chris & little Chris get you involved with all the entertainment and Georgia made us feel so welcome she even took us out to a beautiful Greek restaurant.
The apartments are basic but very fresh and clean but you get what you pay for.
BBQ night is a must everyone gets involved, Deana's quiz and games are quality.
I would reccommend Happy Day's to anyone and will definatly be going back next year.

This place is absolutely amazing and not to forget the staff is really helpful and easy ongoing. You get what you pay for and apart from that you have lovely people around you.

If your young and staying in Malia I would recommend staying at this hotel. All the staff are amazing and extremly helpful, and look after you, I got bitten by a mosquito and all the staff, especially Dina were very helpful. Any problems with the rooms when you arrive I'd recommend you telling someone straight away because of the fines. Also I think if your staying here you should go to the weekly bbq at the hotel, the food is great and it is a good atmosphere. Food is also cheap and nice at this hotel. Overall this was the best holiday ive ever had, I would definatly reccomend staying here to anyoneee, and for people already booked not to read any of the bad reviews :)

we arrived early morning last tuesday after a delayed flight and we were shattered and the staff took are bags to are rooms straight away and helped us out with stuff.The food at the hotel is`nt amazing yet the barby on the sunday was really good worth doing before a big night out. its about 5 mins to the strip and 20 to the beach. the two lads behind the bar big chris and little chris were pritty funny told you the good places to go and after reading some of the reviews about them beating people up and stuff there was none of that really funny always there if you need anything. the rooms are basic so dont go if you wont to sit in your room all day. both pools are always kept clean and in general the whole place is really clean. only thing i thought was`nt great but only a minor thing was we did`nt get fresh towels so we had to buy some but that was`nt a big deal over all i would say anyone between ages of 18 to 30 would love it here anyone else would still have fun aslong as they dont mind music all the time cheers for a good time HAPPY DAYS.

Let's be honest your not expecting the nuts when you come to this hotel, it's like 140 for 10days, well thats what i paid. The rooms are clean, maids hardly visit though, only got 1 clean towel after a week. The facilities in the room are good, you get a kettle, cooker, iron, fridge, etc. You NEED to pay for aircon, or you will be sweating non-stop in the room. It's a comfortable walking distance, about 5minutes from the strip. The beach is definately the biggest walk of all, it will take you about 20minutes. The fines are a bit extreme, if you lose a key, sick on covers, etc. So just be careful really. Spend money there on the first night, the prices are quite expensive, but they are like that everywhere you go in Malia, so don't be put off. The staff are very friendly, if anything too friendly, as Dina is always trying to flog you her latest bargain LOL ;) I would definately reccomend the foam party on a friday, was an amazing night. The best clubs/bars to go to are Bar One, Miles is quality there, always throwing in extra drinks. Banana, Candy, Apollo, are really good clubs, and i would reccomend not going out til bout 1am, otherwise it's empty before then, and you will be going in early if you get smashed too quick. Watch out for the women with roses, and the little kids with glow sticks, theyre gypsy kids, who try to pickpocket you, and they target drunks, so look after your mates. The pools are really good at the hotel, though, they do get a tad boring. The food is average, and quite expensive for certain stuff. Go round the corner to Nellys, the food at that place is amazing. I wish i had discovered if before the 2nd last night, as it isn't too expensive, but the food is AMAZING. Dimitri the night guard, is a legend, just don't come back shouting and screaming, and you will get along fine with him. If your mate is still out and has your room key, he will happily unlock your door for you. The safety deposit boxes are the biggest waste ever in my opinion, your money is just as safe in your suitcase, and you at least know that it is only you touching your money.I would also reccomend going down to the supermarket around the corner for your alcohol, and getting smashed in your room, you will save alot of money, and have more for food/drinking in clubs. All in all, i did have a wicked holiday, and i would definately go back again to Malia, best 10 days ever!

If you’re in Malia to have fun then Happy Days is the one and only place to stay. The staff are absolute LEGENDS, and do anything & everything to make sure you have a good week. Big love especially for Dimtri, the security guard, who is hilarious.
The rooms are pretty basic, but that’s what you expect for the price you pay. We had 4 rooms between us, and they were all perfectly clean, and air con was good value for the week. You hardly spend any time in your room though.
The pool had a wicked atmosphere so we spent most of our days here. The food is LUSH and good value (club sandwiches are a must-try) so you never need to go anywhere in the day. The beach isn’t too far though if you fancy a change.
BBQ night is well worth going to, as is the fancy dress night. All good funnnn, and you get to meet people & all that.
The strip is like, a 5 minute walk, (which is absolutely fine when you’ve had a few drinks!) so it’s easy to pop back to the apartments if you forget anything or need more money or whatever.
Also, the cocktails here are the BEST in the whole of Malia. (Seriously.) Not bad price too – especially in happy hour!
You’re always gunna read bad reviews because, let’s face it, some people just like to complain. But seriously, if you’re nice, the staff will be nice back. We didn’t have a single problem the whole week we were there.
MALIA IS AMAZING! Had the best week ever! We’ll be back next year & Happy Days will definitely be where we go! LOVE YOU HAPPY DAYS!

Apartments were basic but clean, beds were uncomfortable-obviously old thin mattresses, room size was good for 2/3 people, the 2 pools were clean but not very big, bar staff were friendly unless you didn't want to go to their BBQ then they seemed offended but were never rude, other guests were nice and friendly, all young people - single and couples, drinks at pool bar were good prices-cocktails were nice, too far to walk to the beach, bars and clubs-at least 20/30 minutes, apartments and pool area were safe no broken floor tiles etc, lots of signs on walls saying go careful with wet flooring by the pool and be respectful late at night for people sleeping, paying for air-con was annoying, never heard anything bad happened during our stay-no fights, stealing etc, the draw in the kitchen for the cutlery was above our heads-not very useful, no cleaner for the whole week, no clean towels and had to buy your own toilet rolls, nice older man in reception-answered all our questions, Expected big Chris to be bigger & older than little Chris but no.
