Great pool, lovely owners, fun bars (rainbow bar :)), lovely food (mylos), beautiful beaches!

We booked a cheap last minute deal which was cheaper than allocation on arrival so was expecting there to be something wrong with the accommodation and was pleasantly surprised. The only things that any could complain about was they did not have a bar and you had to cross a main road to get to the beach which I don't think bothered anyone who stayed at when we did.
Not having a bar could be an advantage if you want a cheap quiet holiday as the supermarket is part of the Rena and is very cheap. There is a small swimming pool, sun beds which there was never a problem getting and a few table and chairs. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There was a mop and brush in the room so I was expecting to have to do our own cleaning which was not the case. This was great as we were able to dry the bathroom when we had finished. I would recommend this to families.
Eating and drinking I would recommend Rainbow and Oasis which both have children's play areas. George at Rainbow is entertaining and shows sport and films with excellent English food, I didn't try the Greek food as Oasis was the best ever which did fantastic English breakfast.
The beaches at Gouves were lovely and we will definitely be going back next year.

Have been there 3 times now. Had fantastic holiday every time. The family - Klio, Fortis and Rena are very kind and go out of their way to help you enjoy your holiday.
As you would expect with most Greek apartments, they are basic but very clean and nothing is too much trouble for the family - even phoned a dentist for us at 8am one morning and ordered us a taxi &my daughter was seen by dentist by 9.30am! They constantly asked us how she was after that.
Weekly BBQ is also a lot of fun with Greek dancing and delicious food cooked by Fortis. In summary, cant recommend Kleanthi Apartments highly enough - run by very kind, caring people intent on making their guests have an enjoyable holiday.
Last year I have to say most of the guests had been before (one family 5 times) and the ones who hadn't said they will definitley go back... We'll be back!

Small family run apartments, which are very basic and are in a quiet area of Gouves.
The apartments are clean but the sheets and towels are only changed once a week. BEWARE, you are charged 50 Euros for the Air Conditioning which you need to keep cool in high Summer. You have to cross 3 roads to get to the beach etc and one is very busy and difficult to cross.
The pool is small and not suitable for small children as it goes very deep quickly. One other comment-it is next to a farmyard, which has a Cockerel, which starts crowing about 3am.

Myself and my sister have recently resided at Kleanthi apartments on our yearly summer holiday. It was very recent and between the dates of 28th august 2011, departing on 12th september 2011. Upon arrival we found it was a very friendly , welcoming family run establishment happy to help any way they can. Food was served on request and was variety of choice. Special Greek holiday barbecue nights are put on on a regular basis and are not to be missed. Accomodation is immaculate and above standard expectations. The hotl also has a private pool and pool side bar serving traditional greek beers as well as your normal spirits.
However, the only negative point to my holiday was the walking distance to the beach as it may cause difficulity to those that find walking long distances a struggle.
Above all though was a fantastic holiday and place to stay. Would definately go back and reccomend these apartments for holiday accomodation to anyone wishing to visit Greece
