Primasol Titanic Aqua Park Hotel provided one of the best holidays I have had with the family. The Aqua Park was terrific and kept the kids happy most of the day although I must admit I enjoyed it just as much (a big kid really). The variety of rides was excellent. The... more

Just arrived back from, Primasol Titanic Aqua Park (not Titanic Spa Resort which is just up the road). This is a brilliant hotel cannot fault it. Can’t believe what some of the reviews said. We usually stay a little further down the road at Dana Beach. But, wanted... more

This rubbish dump needs knocking down and putting to rest.
It was awful, very dirty right next to a tip, stinking place.

Highly recommennded = vast rooms, v comfortable, loads of coat hangers!Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Water park was enjoyed hugely by my 2 boys, aged 11 and 13. The only criticism I would make if I was being vwery picky is that the food is a bit repetitive. However, it was good and beautifully displayed

Hotel is spacious, clean and has an air of slightly dated luxury is some areas, although well maintained and there are also some modern touches. Our room was large with lots of storage (bring your own coat hangers) and the beds were very comfortable. Aircon worked fine and... more

We have just returned from the Titanic Aqua Park. The hotel facilities are excellent, loads for teenagers to do. Rooms were OK, a bit basic (not 5 star!). The food was OK (again not 5 star, but OK). Lunch time snacks are good at the pool bar. Entertainment in the evening is... more

My girlfriend and I arrived at the hotel in the late afternoon. On first impression the hotel from the outside looked a tad dated but we were not let down at the inside. We were taken to our room to drop off our bags and were delighted with the room let alone the view over... more

My family - 2 young boys, my wife and I had a week in this resort complex in Mid April. It is vast and in terms of facilities probably the best we have been to, of the three all inclusives we have had over the last 2 years. The previous two being in Sharm. We liked the... more

I recently went on holiday with a party of 16 (I know what you're thinking, already it's a bad idea) to the Titanic Hotel expecting the 5 star quality promised. If that was the case I would have kindly reviewed this hotel a 10/10 and smiled with glee. However this was not... more

Bad Rep and Food
THIS WAS A LOVELY LOOKING HOTEL. Mohamed of Med Hotels, we were meant to meet hime on our 1st morning, we arrived but Mohamed did not, we went back to the room as my Wife was ill (not due to Egypt) the next day we got a lettter through the door to meet Mohamed, we did not go as my Wife was still in Bed. The next day we got another letter, my wife was feeling alot better so we went to meet Mohamed...well my first impression was he was not interested in us as gusts just a meal ticket. He asked my wife where she was on the 1st day, we told him he was late and she did not come to the second meeting as she was ill. First of all he did not admit he was late or a simple apology, he aslo did not ask my wife if she was feeling better...no he went straight in and put down the other trip advisors in the Hotel, and told us they could not be trusted...then went in with the hard sell..As we had been to Egypt on 2 other occasions we were not interested in trips, but only the relaxation and the waterslides. We later got speaking to other English Holiday Makers who confirmed he was late 20 minutes on the 1st day and also he gave them departure cards...you need these prior to the arrival at the Airport to save time, we were not given these cards and found out people who booked trips with Mohamed got the cards the people that didnt book trips did not find out about the cards untill the day of leaving. After the the meeting we only see Mohamed once...this man did not have the time to speak with us as we did not line his pockets with our hard earned cash, and he never advised us of any local amenities only the trips he was providing. We found the shops 200 metres down the road we also found the shops 400metres down the road, and the diving bay on the beach and shark diving and water sports..to get there you go through the Ali Baba Hotel about 10 mins walk...he did not tell us this we found this out from another couple. I have been to many destinations ie: Luxor, Sharm, Jamaica, Cuba , Bulgaria just to name a few and have never met a rep as selfish as MOHAMED OF MED HOTELS. This is 1 of many All inclusive Hotels Me and my wife have travellled too, and have never had to buy our Fruit..Yes Fruit is charged extra and is not on your all inclusive, there is no fruit at breakfast , Lunch or Dinner, the fruit cocktails non / alcholic are also charged extra, so you have local spirits and beer, alot of the time flat beer, if you dont drink...tough all there is a machine like you get in pubs (carbonated) coke/sprite,apple, and orange tango, but i do not belive they clean the pipes as often as they should as there seemed to be a twang...Now we went to the sister Hotel....ALI BABA across the road..we had sprite and coke and tasted 100 times better than any of the coke / sprite we had in the Titanic Aqua park, we also had lunch at the ALI BABA BEACH BAR, and the chips were Hot...yes Hot, as we could not get Hot chips anywhere in the Titainc, we had lunch several times in the pool bar the chips were always cold, the burgwers were always uncooked....stick with the Hot dog, it was nice and spicy. The food in the Hotel Main restaurant( i know what your thinking, your thinking this geezer is fussy ) was absolutely bland and if not cold, im not fussy i just like to eat on holiday as im sure you do...of a evening there was salad / rolls...and plent of it..as for others...rice plenty of and chicken..the same night after night. As i said breakfast no fruit..plent of ham cheese rolls...salad...and sausages in a stir fry if you like this in the morning its great... We had christmas dinner..there was a ton of fruit, did not loook healthy but it was there...the bext day...there was no fruit...the display of fruit was for look only and i for one do not understand why they did not put it out for breakfast the following morning. 80% of the staff were friendly and helpful, but there was a few that had a chip on there shoulder but certainly they enjoyed the company of the Russians / Germans, which THE hOTEL WAS 70% RUSSIAN. The entertainement was sounded out in German Russian and even Dutch...But not English... If you are still reading, please be very careful what hotel you pick, when i read the reports about food i thought fussy people, but there remarks ion the quantity and the quality of this hotel was true. Happy New year.
