Hotel doubled booked spent first night in other hotel after waiting fourty minutes for transport. Returned next day still room not allocated ,spoke to hotel rep. he got keys to room but was not able to unpack ,not cleaned from last occupant. read more

Went to Aladdin on 30th November for two weeks. Check in was fast, no problems. Were taken to our room which was smashing. It was a bungalow room it was about two mins from pool 3 mins from beach perfect!
