The staff are so friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. the apartments and pool area are cleaned every day and in good condition. I will definately be returning next year and would recommend this to families who want to visit Zante

The Krinas aparthotel is lovely. We had no complaints at all about it. The staff are very friendly and well do anything to help you.
The pool area is lovely and clean and the pool side bar had a great selection of snacks.
The cleaning service is daily but towel changing was only twice a week.
There are a lot of stairs so this would not be an ideal location for a less able bodied person. Our apartment was 3 flights of stairs up. There are no lifts.
The resort itself is a bit quiet and there wasn't a lot of entertainment laid on. This would be a more relaxing holiday rather than a clubbing holiday.
This was a totally enjoyable holiday and I would definitely go back there again.

The resort was great. The apartments were spotlessly clean and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. People say there isn't much beach at Argassi: there are some small strips of it but you have to search for it and there are plenty of free sun loungers on the sea front. My children were aged 11 and 13 when we went. They took their gameboys (and chargers) and so they were able to relax on the beach while me and their Dad had fun in the crystal-clear sea.
Most of the restaurants were great but a couple didn't quite live up to what we are used to here in England with our strict hygiene laws, so you either need to find one that meets your requirements and stick to it, or be a bit more relaxed about hygiene than we are. There's plenty of night-life if you want it. If you don't, there's plenty of places to relax away from the hubbub.
The only thing that spoilt it was the journey to and from the island. The plane was really cramped with little opportunity to walk about, the food was horrid and they forgot to reserve vegetarian meals for my daughter and myself. On the way back the plane was delayed twice, so we spent a lot of time at the airport which was really basic with absolutely nothing to do.
We had to queue for about 2 hours just to get in the place because the airport wasn't big enough to house so many people - not the fault of the airport, it was all down to the tour operator insisting on collecting us in the early hours of the morning for a mid-day flight, even though they knew we couldn't enter the airport until two hours before take-off. This was just so that they could save a little bit of diesel money. I would recommend you make your own way to the airport.
All in all, I would definitely recommend the island, resort and apartments, but would tell people to avoid the tour operator.

We were made to feel so welcome and at home here from day one! The cleanliness was second to none both in our apartment and the rest of the complex. It was quiet enough to be able to relax but close enough to the main town for shopping, eating out etc.

The pool was lovely my daughters spent most of the holiday in it! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend it to anybody and would go back tomorrow!!! ( I WISH!!!). <br>
