Definitely a 7 for this. The staff at the hotel are eager to please and made us feel very welcome.
The apartments were a lot smaller than we expected and the entertainment at the hotel was a bit thin on the ground but Bitez is a lovely place and the atmosphere along the beach is great.
Although everyone is trying to get you to eat in their restaurant, it is all very good humoured and unlike the pressure we experienced in Tenerife a few years ago.
We all loved the people here, they are so laid back and friendly and made us feel welcome. We ate out every night....The hotel, Vona, Pagoda, The Golden Spoon and at The First Stop with Chris and co and the food was fantastic.
Gumbet and Bodrum are busier if you prefer and taxis are cheap.
We loved it here and didn't want to come home.

Stayed at Manuela hotel twice both times had a very good time. Rooms very nice, food very good choice overall.
All the staff very helpful. Night life very good fun all bars and restaurants good value the place to visit is the first stop Chris and all his team make your visits memorable.
Beach very clean free sun beds and lots of choice of venues try a different one each day. Bitez boats day trips to various little islands are very good. Food served up at lunch time. And choc cake for tea. Enjoy!

It was our first holiday in Bitez, and the Manuela Hotel was a very good choice for us.
The owner and the staff made us feel really welcome. So much so, that we are going again this year (2006).
It is a basic, but very well run hotel, with an adjoining restaurant and bar right on the sea front. We love it there.
Bitez is a good choice for a simple relaxing holiday, with lively Gumbet and Bodrum nearby.

It is not very often I get to leave a review like this but it DELIGHTS me to say that this was a PERECT holiday all round.
If you're looking for a holiday where there is sun, sand, nice food, a welcoming atmosphere with a little adventure around the corner, then the Manuela Hotel is the choice for you.
The rooms are very clean (daily maid service). In the rooms you will have a private bathroom (with shower sink and toilet), some rooms have a small terrace, air conditioning, TV, Fridge, Hair-dryer, wardrobe, bed and draws. They are very comfortable rooms.
Everything about this place deserves a 100% rating. The hotel itself is a small friendly family run hotel. The staff are all attentive, welcoming and fun! Nothing is too much or to little to them and they will always take the time to talk to you and make sure you are ok. The food in the restaurant is very very nice, we ate there most nights and again the staff there too are without fault.
The Temple bar at the hotel was great fun with something for everyone. There were people of all ages in the hotel and some of the best friends I made were of all ages. The Manuela also offer a boat trip which is free of charge in the afternoons where you will sail to a few islands, being able to jump in the sea or just relax and made friends. The hotel does provide entertainment which for us included belly dancers, turkish dancers, turkish night, raffles, and Doreen and friends! (the last one was the guests!).
Set in a scenic quite bay Bitez itself is lovely. If you want to go explore for a day there is plenty to do with Bodrum and Gumbet both just a bus journey away or there are many travel agents also to book trips such as the Turkish Bath, Bodrum Market, Ephesus, Kos, and the Island boat trip.
I can without doubt say that I will be visiting the Manuela again next year, dare I say I may go back twice. I have fully recommended this hotel to everyone I know and next year I suspect the Manulela will have a few more new customers to welcome!
