Worst apartments we have ever stayed in. Never had clean towels, Bed changed 2 days before we left. Never anybody on reception. Bathroom filthy, cockaroaches, no window or extractor fan, flooded when you had a shower. Very poor cooking untensils, no tin opener or bottle... more

On arrival we had to wait 3 hours before our room was ready, we were told half an hour but this wasn't true. There was nobody to greet us as the reception upon arrival and so we had to find someone by the pool area which turned out to be the bar-man and only member of staff... more
