What can I say a phenomenal holiday....

What can I say a phenomenal holiday. The hotel, known for having an elite clientele, and I was there.
The city itself was beautiful wants you get used to bargaining the shopping is fantastic too. You do sometimes get overcome by the heat but after a couple of days you become adjusted to it. It is must if you are looking for something different. I would go again.

I have just returned from Marrakech where I went with my husband
and some friends to celebrate my birthday.
My husband had made a booking for my birthday at the french restaurant at la Mamounia which we were all looking forward to.
We had a drink in the bar first and then went along to the restaurant where we were greeted by 3 female staff checking guests
into the virtually empty french restaurant.
For some reason our booking could not be found on their list and without any apology they asked if we were residents, of course we were not but that surely did not stop people being able to dine at the hotel restaurants.
We were told that the restaurant was fully booked, they did not apologise or offer us somewhere else to eat, infact they were totally rude and offhand about the whole situation.
We felt totally humiliated and to be honest would not ever reccomend anyone to go there as we feel there was an air of snobbery about the place.
We have been lucky enough to be able to go to many top hotels around the world in our travels and be treated as valued customers.
