This hotel in Rhodes Town is in the middle of everything. The old town in walking distance, close to great shopping in the new town. A few minutes walk to the beach. A large number of restaurants and bars close. Also a laundry service a few blocks away that conveniently delivers your landry at the hotel.
The rooms are all comfortable and spacious. They are kept nice and clean every day. Kitchenette with the utensils we needed for our stay. Efficient airconditioning for a small extra fee. All rooms have free WLAN with acceptable speed.
The reception is manned 24/7 by the most polite and nice people that communicate in fluent English.
We have, over the years, eaten at many restaurants in Rhodes Town and we had our favourits where we ate frequently. After trying the kitchen at Annapolis Inn Hotel, we didn't eat at any other place. Even though they were not always able to serve all the items in their meny, there are many choices of delicious dishes with large servings. All at a reasonable price. The next time in Rhodes, even if we are not able book our stay at Annapolis, we most certainly will have our dinners here.
We hope to get back to Annapolis Inn!

Stayed at this Hotel in June 2007. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Cleaners came in every day and towels were changed daily.
Breakfast at the hotel was a cosmopolitan buffet - something for everyone. The hotel is very comfortable and cosy. The reception and bar areas are very welcoming and the staff very friendly and helpful - not at all intrusive.
This was a great choice for us as we are not too mobile. All facilities were close to hand, the beach, bars, restaurants, shops and sights. Being a City Centre Hotel there is a fair bit of noise, however this did not bother us and is to be expected.
The pool area is very nice however we did find it noisy as there is building work going on nearby. However that didn’t spoil the fun as we went to the beach instead! The area that the hotel is in is mainly residential, although shops and restaurants are virtually on the doorstep. I would have no hesitation in staying in this hotel again and as this is the first ever time we have organised a foreign holiday independently it was a great success and we would do it again. Annapolis Inn has its own website, just type in Annapolis Inn Rhodes to your search engine. The website is very good and the pictures very true to life.

Great location - near to everything but not noisy. The studios are fantastic - very spacious, very well furnished, very clean.
The breakfast buffet is superb - great choice - and the sweet things like creme caramel are irresistible even at 7 a.m. The cakes and biscuits are all freshly baked too. Also well worth trying in the evening is the chicken souvlaki - delicious and served with the best tsatziki in town I reckon.
We had a fabulous stay here and the family running it are so friendly and helpful without being pushy.
Great all round.

The setting is ideal, with the beach, The Old Town, the Harbour and the new shopping centre all within five minutes walk.
The rooms are spotlessly clean every day, the food is excellent and compares well with the best eating establishments in the town and the staff are outstanding in the way they make you feel at home and befriend everyone.
Even as a well travelled holidaymaker I find it hard to beat my stay in this Hotel/Inn .
I would have no hesitation in recommending the Annapolis to anyone and will certainly return in the near future.
To give you some idea of how spacious the bedrooms/apartments are they tell me the hotel/Inn changed from over 100 rooms down to 45. The standard of the furniture is exceptional and the beds are large and comfortable. Our apartment had two sets of double doors leading on to a balcony that stretched the full length of our accommodation. It also has a nice, uncrowded private pool area.
It really is the best place in town if you want a small ,friendly place to stay.

We have stayed at the Annapolis since it opened and that must be about 7 years now. We missed last year but are going back in 2 weeks time (end of June). Can't wait to see our 2nd family again, we have missed them!! What can I say about this hotel that hasn't already been said, nothing really. It is fabulous value for money and the staff are like friends rather than employees. The standard of food is 2nd to none and great value. Wonderful hotel and people.
