Checked in no problem and has english speaking receptionists which was helpful. The room was very clean and the cleaners came everyday, even if they were a bit noisy doing it, But can probably blame the hangover on that one! :) Only real faults were that the air con didnt work in the room despite reporting it and neither did the toaster. The staff were very helpful, Johnny and all the rest. May see you sometime soon, James and Calum

Just back from 8 day stay in Nova Apartments. I have travelled most of the world and have yet to see apartments live up to this standard. It would beat many hotels hands down!!! Spotless. Cleaned every day and clean towels every day. Just across the road to the beach. Access for prams and wheelchairs excellent. Plenty of room for clothing. Microwave, toaster, kettle ironing board. Weather at this time of the year was just perfect and the resort so relaxing.

Just back from Nova apts and can honestly say i could not find fault in the place,, The apts were very clean and close to the beach ,, The entertainment team where out of this world,, Jonnie is maybe one of the best people i have ever seen working with Kids, My son of 8 was in kids shows at night time and in the globy club all day ,, The boys Ruben and hose was always around the pool and great with the adults ,, you could see they loved there jobs,,, I will be returning to the Nova next year without question ,,,

Just back from a 2 week stay in the Nova it is our 7th time back so knew what to do found the hotel fantanic and the staff where so nice and helpful found the rep Emma great and felt she was around nearly everyday and so helpful.
Kids club was a bit of a no no my son is only 6 and wasn't much into it maybe because there where alot of children there he was a bit shy the time he did join in I felt it wasn't maned enough by staff as at one point jonny was trying to get the game going with the girls which left the young boys on their own you know when about 12 boys get together the trouble they can get into I felt it was great for older children but they need 2 people working with the younger ones at the same time and maybe differnet times so that you don't have 30 or more children all together with one person.
Overall had a nice hoilday and my son enjoyed the new friends he met by the pool. I will say the staff where great and did everything the could but felt the kids clud itself was lacking . I would give the 3 lads Jonny Ruben and Hosay 10 out 10 but for the adults enterment but only 6 of 10 for the childrens.
I would say though that keeping sun chairs was crazy the pool didn't open untill 11 each morning and the sunchairs where gone from about 8am it was like who would get there first people where setting their alarms to go done and put out their towels I feel this should be addressed by the hotel as they have a lifegurard on duty maybe instead of texting on his phone he could go around and take the towels of the chairs that no one is sitting on so that the other guest can get a sunchair by the pool

We were there from the 10th to 24th June, got in most of World Cup group games with TV at poolside. Animation team were outstanding great entertainers. Bar staff and cleaners were also brilliant. Beach and bars and restaurants all so close, this is a wonderful place to holiday in. Have to mention Ennis's Irish bar and barmaid Teryn for her hospitality.

Just back from a brilliant two weeks, the location of the apartments is brill, just over the road from the beach, the entertainment team were the best, thanks lads! The water park and Pirates was great for the kids and Mrs Doyles was great for us too! Its only about a 5 min walk from the apartment the live music is something else and the kids were more than welcome, definatley not to be missed. Hopefully back next year.

stayed at the nova apartments june 2010. lovely complex friendly staff, very central, some of the entertainment was excellent . the temptation tribute band should not be missed

we have just returned from our holiday at the nova apartments. all the staff were really nice and very helpful. the entertainment team - johnny, maxi and ruben make the place. they have great personalities and bring a great athmosphere to the pool area every day and evening entertainment every night. the bar has table staff so no queing which was brill. lovely friendly athmosphere with all guests. the beach is bliss and only two minutes walk from nova apt out the back door, loads of restraunts and shops. take a trip to palma on the public buses no 106 and see the cathedral and have a walk round palma itself. try the western water park great day out for all age groups. buy tickets for all activities from agent across from katmandu house there cheaper than paying at the door. great chinese restraunt on sea front "happy chinese house" LOVELY FOOD AND VERY CHEAP. would definately recommend palma nova for a holiday we had a great two weeks. enjoy yours......

This was by far the best holiday i've ever been! The location in palma nova was perfect quiet with amazing resturants and the beach just across the road but also just 5 mins from magaluf. The entertainment and activities were brilliant and so much fun and really got everyone interacting!All the families we met were great and really made our holiday extra special. Jonny Rubin and Maxi went above and beyond the cal of duty to keep us entertained and laughing 24/7. Never mind the children we were almost crying when we were leaving. Can't wait to go back!!

our 2nd year going to the nova with 3 young kids. maxi,jonnie & dave brilliant with the 2 older children.they cried when we were leaving.plenty of entertainment for adults too.could do with more parsols,only 7 to go around to everbody.had our photo taken for the globales brouchure which we were thrilled about.keep up the good work lads,hope to see you again sometime.
