the best holiday i have ever been on. the shops are endless and a long golden sandy beach to spend your hours. the apartments are very nice and very clean and the survive is very good. the view from the balconies are spectatorial and the pool is brilliant you can spend hours and hours at the pool and the kiddies club is brilliant for all you parents who want to spend your day at the pool and you relax. one of the best things about the nova is the entertainment and entertainers they were one of the highlights for my holiday. they are very good with the kids and adults and put in great shows at night down in the bar . if you are a going on holidays with kids or family this is one of the best places to go.special thanks to Jonnie Alberto and Marcus you are the best entertainers i have ever met . so if you chose this place as your next holiday then i hope you enjoy it i know i did

One of the best holidays EVER, Palma Nova itself is a great location to holiday, beach is very clean, lovely Restaurants and Shops, great food, food and drinks reasonably priced and for the Apartments, well what can I say, great location, rooms clean but basic, staff are very friendly and helpful, we really felt very comfortable dealing with all staff from reception, bar staff, maintenance staff, and most importantly Jonnie, Marcus and Alberto, they really made the holiday for my two children, really genuine nice guys and great entertainers and you can really see they enjoy their job, would definitely go back again, everyone on the bus on the way to the airport was very disappointed that their holiday had ended, so what does that say!. The Nova Apartments was recommended to me and I would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending them to any one else.
Jonnie, Alberto and Marcus, thanks again for the hours of entertainment, see you next year

We had a one week holiday in the nova apartments from 14th June. They are very clean, pool is a nice size and hotel entertainment is fabulous for both children and adults. The only thing that was disappointing is the hotel is not on the beach and apartments with pool view are completely blocked with trees.
Other than those two minor things it was a great holiday and we found the staff fantastic and the place gorgeous and relaxing.

HI,
We stayed in the Nova Apartments for one week in May 2008.
We found the apartments clean and spacious, there is no TV in the rooms (option to hire out at €70 per week, €30 refundabale), however there is superised DVD's for the children ran in the lobby, every evening.
The entertainment was excellent and considering it rained for practically the entire week, we were constantly kept busy with the different activites organised, throughout the day - Special Thank You to Marcos, Jonnie and Ivana.
Staff very friendly, although Bar staff could do with some service excellence training.
Location is excellent about 5 minutes walk from the crazy hens and stags capital of Magaluf, avoid Magaluf at night time if with Children, but worth a stroll during early morning.
Porta Pi Centro - This is the main shopping centre, located about 1 hour bus journey outside the town, 20 minutes taxi (€15.00), here you will find the Zara's, Mango type shops. There is also some nice restaurants, but prices no real different from Ireland.
Overall had a fantastic time, would definately return again, entertainers made us feel so welcome, and this would be the main reason for our return.
Enjoy!

I was there on the 23 -30 Sept 2007. The apartments were nice & clean. The staff were good.
The big problem with the apartment complex is the noise level, with the entertainment & bar opened till after 2am. I would not recommend it for a holiday.
I complained to staff at the reception .They said they could not do anything. The people were opening the doors of the entertainment bar which made it even noisier.

This is a great Aparthotel. Great for Kids and the parents with them! Wouldn't recommend this place if you do not have kids however.
Staff were great with the kids, as were the Animation team who put on things for them to do during the day as well as a mini disco at night.
The entertainment in general was excellent compared to a lot of apartments I have been to, and again the entertainers tried to include the vast number of children who gathered crossed legged sat (supervised by animation staff) at the front of the stage each night.
The rooms were spotless and cleaned and changed regularly, equipment including AC all worked. The restaurant (only ate a couple of snacks) was fine.
Drinks weren't a rip off (little more expensive than outside the hotel - about €2.50 a pint and €3.50 a short and mixer). Great location for the beach, although the pool was excellent, with kiddies pool and loads of loungers, and games and water polo arranged every day!
The resort itself is clean, child friendly with miles of pedestrian walks. On whole the resort is cheaper than a lot of others I have been (good meal for under €10) and lots to do, many, many bars, but low key, and a big plus, no ticket sellers pulling you in the doors at night (head up the road 5 mins to Magaluf if you are looking for more action).
I would highly recommend this place if you have kids, but might do your head in if you don’t. I will be back again.

We have stayed at the Nova twice now. We have a toddler 2 years old, and found it to be very child friendly.
The entertainment is excellent in the evening; it has a mini disco which is great for small children.
The apartments are clean, and spacious. The only drawback is that they don't have a TV.
The staff are pleasant.

I have been to the Nova apartments five times now. I’m going back again this year. The apartments are spotless and very spacious. The in-house facilities are fantastic and it helps that you’re just a stone throw across from the beautiful beach san matis.
If looking for a home from home their is a great Irish bar called the Ennis bar that can be found about 2mins walk from the main entrance of the Nova. Oh and for a late night snack there is a little pizza place that does pizza slices straight across from the ennis.
If your looking for a more laid back atmosphere than Palma nova is the place to be, and if your looking for a more lively time Magaluf is just a couple of minutes walk.
I also recommend a trip to the city of Palma their is a bus stop right outside the apartments that bring you directly into Palma for about €3. Enjoy
