Fantastic position across from beach. Spacious apartments, basic kitchen e.g. no kettle had to hire one, TV Spanish or German apart from 2 channels very clean room and service excellent.
Friendly English speaking staff. Tried breakfast one morning, ok nothing to shout about, had better. Children’s club is great staff lovely one German girl and a Italian boy nice activities for the kids nice sandy play area felt safe and clean pool is excellent if a little cool pool bar good views from our apartment excellent overlooking pool and a roof terrace too with chairs and table.
Unexpected perk going back in October for two weeks this time and in a 1 bedroom this time (last time 3 adults and 2 kids in a 2 bed apart loads of room) hope to wander further afield this time as the pool and the super beach was about as far as we went, apart from into the town twice on the local buses. Excellent about £3.60 for 5 took about 10mins get off where you like good shops and loads to see, next we will explore more.
I recommend this hotel for families as its a bit too quite for couples or groups in playa de Los Pocillos as you are out of the center but only 15 mins transfer from airport which is great with younger children. Weather was perfect every day we went at Easter break hoping to have the same in Oct.

I found this aparthotel to be very, very nice, we booked a 1 bed apt and got a 2 bed apt with fantastic pool and sea view, staff was very friendly and helpful and food was excellent.
It was buffet style and loads of choice, rooms were cleaned every day and we couldn’t dirty the towels quick enough before they were changed again, the balcony was massive and had the sun on it all day, there were 2 pools and loads of sun beds and umbrellas. entertainment wasn’t up to much but the guys doing it really tried their best and the kids loved them.
it is situated right behind a shopping centre most of it was closed when I was there but would imagine in full season it might get a bit noisy, sea was just across the road, it is about a 20 minute walk into Puerto del Carmen a nice sea front walk but you would need to be pretty fit, buses were regular and cheap as was the taxis.
We found the whole resort to be very quiet in March and was told by locals it seems to be getting worse each year, however I would go here again and would fully recommend it for the price I paid (£449 for four of us half board for 7 nights).

The apartments were very clean and well presented . The staff friendly and helpful. The entertainment was adequate but not exceptional. We were most happy with the buffet selection at breakfast and evening meal and also with the lunch time snacks available.
Although some of the apartments were on the ground floor many were up several flights of stairs which although didn't cause us and worries, it might cause difficulties with those who have restricted mobility.
For our requirement there was all we needed so yes, we would return again.
