Delta Hotel

My friend and I stayed for two weeks in the Delta hotel.
Well, what a wonderful surprise we were greeted with a beautiful smile and a nice drink also offered us something to eat as we were so late in arriving,early hours in the morning.
My friend and I agreed that the Delta was the most pleasant hotel we could have chosen to stay.Apart from the friendliness and helpfulness each and everyday ,the room was cleaned regularly each morning. The food was very fresh and cooked well.
This hotel is only 2* In my opinion this should be much higher ,it is two minute walk to a wonderfully clean beach and only a 15 minute walk to the main beach .Everything we need is on hand and Dorma buses every few minutes which is only 1 euro anywhere you choose to travel .It is a definate "yes" for booking the Delta again this year.Marian

just come back from a weeks holiday staying at the delta fantastic little hotel. when we arrived at 10.30 at night after travelling for 13 hours we found our tour operator had booked us in for 2011 and the hotel was full.the owners did every thing they could to ensure we had some where to stay untill they had room for us.yes the rooms are basic but clean staff are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble.we left money our mobile phones in our room which was perfectly safe in comparison to a lot of places we have stayed. will defo be going back again this year.only critisism was they could do with a little fridge in the rooms.

Picture shown at start of selection process was not the Delta hotel pool!!! Only realised this after I had booked it, the actual pool was very small and only had space for about 8 sunloungers with no room to move them about so you would have had a very sunburned left side of body! The room we had was very basic and could have done with an overhall, shower overflowed onto bathroom floor.Thank goodness for the aircon but it cost £30.
On the plus side, staff were very helpful and breakfast was pretty turkish orientated, but that was understandable.
There was no TV to been seen in the reception area so that was misleading also.
Would come back to Altinkum, but to a different hotel, not because of staff but for better standard of hotel. They didnt give us any grief when the "Goldtrail crisis" hit, to their credit.

delta hotel is quite small and basic but very nice people.
the only problem was our towels or bedding never got changed and we had to help ourselves to get them.
the pool is quite small but it is not really to busy at the pool anyway.
the beach is located nearby.
also the hotel is about 5 minuites away from medusa nightclub which is suitable for younger adults.
altogether i would love to come back to altinkum, and the hotel was ok.

we have stayed at the delta lots of times since 1998 its small and basic. staff are very helpful, its very clean we have always enjoyed our holidays at the delta, nothing is to much trouble for the staff they actually made our holiday.We are looking for a room at the delta in august i think its the most freindly hotel in altinkum It has a small pool but you can use other hotel pools and the delta is 2min from the sea on foot which is wonderful if you are not good on your feet, its a lovely place for couples and family with small children.

Staying at this hotel with my mum, dad and sister made a holiday to Turkey the best holiday ever. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious.
I think that if we had stayed at a different hotel the holiday would have been as good. I can't stop thinking about the hotel and the lovely holiday we had in The Delta Hotel.
I wish to come back soon. Very soon.
