Am only home from two weeks in this complex. I stayed in a two bed house - very basic however it was spotless. Cleaners every second day with clean towels and sheets. The shop only opened between 8am - 12pm and then from 6 pm to 8 pm so wasnt very practical. The man who ran... more

Upon returning from a trip we discovered a burglar had forced a window. The thief took the complete vault. This safe was bolted to the wall, but was torn loose with a big screwdriver. Of course we did put all our valables in it. Passports, cameras, driver licenses, money.... more

If you don't check in by 11pm, there is a good chance that you may not get in at all! My sister and I and my young daughter did not arrive until 1.15 am approx. and could not get in the complex even though my father, who lives in Fuerteventura, had been assured by the guy... more

Enjoyed our stay at Maxorata Beach Apts. Clean and friendly staff, especially the older male receptionist (sorry) didn't get his name but helped us with everything we asked for. A bit noisy of an evening by our surrounding apartments due to the way they're built, apart from... more

Just back from our holidays. We loved Maxorata Beach. It was clean, relaxed and well located being only a 5 minute walk from the centre of things. It’s a nice quiet area but was within ease reach of the water park and the beaches. On site facilities were great and... more

We stayed in a 3 bed apartment, which was on 2 floors, a huge place with 2 bathrooms, large lounge and kitchen steepish winding stairs, no handrail so watch the kids and infirm. The showers were in a poor condition, with the 1 hose leaking, but plenty of hot water. One is... more

Stayed in the 2 bed apts, very basic, had to hire out basics, kettle, toaster, fan etc. Furniture basic, some slats missing from sofa bed, no shower head fixing in shower, which made it useless, threadbare sheets & pillowcases, lumpy beds. The cleaning was good though.... more

This has to be one of the best complexes we have ever stayed in. House was very comfortable and spacious and very clean. The pool was lovely and an abundance of pool chairs and umbrellas. The food at the snack bar was really good and excellent value. Internet access in... more

lovely complex pity about the apartments
My sister and i are just back from staying in the maxarata apartments in corralejo. We had a great holiday the flight was ok, lovely hot weather when we arrived. The apartments looked lovely from the outside when we arrived but when let ourselves in it was a different matter. Not only were we at the back of the apartement block even do budget travel said we had a change of getting a pool view ( only two bedrooms are at pool side). when we finally found the apartment we found out we were on the ground floor with a terrance which is ok but you can really sit out at night and have a drink and a chat when everyone is walking past plus at night there are moscitos and cockroachs so we did not really want to share are apartments with them. when we got in the apartment was very very basic i mean it had nothing but a two rings to cook on and a sink and discs. we later found out it is €40 to rent a kettle out for the week. Everything is there but you have to rent it and they are about the same price as a kettle. We also found that we had little friends who did not want to leave the apartment for us ANTS. The staff only dealt with this when we turned up at the reception cases in hand ready to change when unless they got rid of them. the apartments are not very sound proff we could here everyone in the four apartmens around us. the reception closes at 8Pm and after that it is everyone for themselves. The pool area was lovely but the water was ice cold. Dont recament the breakfast at the pool bar. When we got out of the apartments we found corralejo to be a lovely friendly place. lots of shops, bars and restrants to eat in and very well priced a meal for two with drinks the dearist was 29.90. best pub was finnagans it is off the main street but is well worth getting as it is a real irish pub. not run by english like the dubliner which was dead most nights were as finnaghans was great dont miss sat night. There is a market small but has some nice things HAGLE you will get the price you want. Best excertion was with out a dought the catarman gold trip you just sail for hour and then drop ancer for two hours get lunch free drink and you can swim. go jetskieing and swimming. The volocus were good also but if you are afraid of hights i would stay at the pool but if you can bear it i would give it a go the views are amazing. Sand dunes were lovely realxing.
